Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Seignosse

A very nice villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a coquettish and well-appointed pool area ( even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully wooded, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when you are in large numbers! A large living room and bedrooms of good size. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our choice to book. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime 😊

We had a lovely stay to celebrate New Year's Eve with friends. The house is very functional and well-equipped we did not lack anything. Carlos was very available and flexible, as well as being very welcoming! We recommend it! Thanks again

Beautiful house, very well equipped to accommodate a small group. I was able to organize my 30s, in privacy, but with everything available in the house. The decoration is neat and the instruction booklet is very clear. Hosts are available and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. We spent three days at Anne-Laure's lovely apartment at the beginning of December. The weather was terrible, but it did not matter at all. It was truly a home from home: very comfortable, peaceful and well-equipped, with a cosy wood fire to warm ourselves by. The apartment is centrally located and easy to access the village and surroundings, where there is so much to see and explore. Unfortunately we could not meet Anne-Laure in person, but she was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we thoroughly recommend the apartment, particularly for couples. (Just one warning though: the stairs up to the bedrooms are steep and may be a problem for toddlers, small children, or the elderly. Was no issue for us though).

Unique host, as we say 1 in 1,000,000! There was no problem with an unusual check-in, the listing was as described. Very good location, close to the beach, but also a good place for bike trips or to the center. The unit was fine for us. Very good value. Recommended!

Apartment with character, very nice to stay in. Real second home, so with life (books, games, etc.). The garden opens to the golf course is great. Very well located in relation to the center of Hossegor. Very nice host and offers good advice.

The location of this place is absolutely fantastic. Literally minutes from the beach and the sea. The house was ideal, with plenty of space, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Two balconies and two showers.

Peaceful and beautiful location close to supermarket, bus stops beaches and the city. The Apartment was Spacious and the kitchen was well equipt. Patrice was available at all times and was interested in any feedback on his apartment.

We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, just minutes by bike from the beach and shops, which made our trips very easy. A perfect place to enjoy Hossegor as a group. I highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful villa Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Everyone has their independence. Some company games would be nice. The bathrooms in the downstairs bedrooms lack a little freshness Otherwise everything was perfect

We had a wonderful holiday in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, who was impeccable. She always responded quickly and attended to all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful,modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and have almost all their own showers. There is also a play area, with ping pong, foosball and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you will need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is kept very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: a quiet neighborhood with friendly people and only a few minutes walk from the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back anytime.

Amandine is a very thoughtful, responsive and friendly host. We were very well received and had a warm contact while being discreet. The outside (garden) is very pleasant, there is everything you need for children and the pool is great (heated by heat pump, Amandine accepted without problem to increase the temperature for the comfort of children). The house is well equipped, especially in terms of bed linen and towels, which are clean and smell good. The bedding in the parent rooms was very comfortable. The house is very well located to access quite quickly by car to Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet, Saint Jean de Luz, Hossegor... The beautiful beach of La Piste in Capbreton is 15 minutes by car. We had a great family holiday in a beautiful area that we didn't know! Thanks!

We booked this house for a family reunion and it was just perfect. Very spacious bedrooms and spacious house. The seaviews from the bedrooms were just stunning. We celebrated my aunt's wedding anniversary and Aline and her team were helpful in helping us organise the chef, service, even the table deco. The kids loved the playroom with so.many toys, books, cushions etc. We would love to come back. Thank you again for the unique memories!!
