The house is wonderfully located, walking distance to Lake Tegernsee. The location is still very quiet and pleasant. The decor exactly matches the photo in the listing and is tastefully and modernly chosen. For our family weekend, the four bedrooms and three bathrooms were optimal. In addition, there is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. With three car parking spaces, the parking situation is also solved flawlessly.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

Patrick’s chalet was great for our family trip. It was large and spacious with room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is particularly cozy with room to seat a lot of people. We loved it. Patrick was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip.

We spent 10 days in the snowboarding vacation and enjoyed the time there very much. Prutz is a good place without too much hustle and bustle. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Mehmet was quickly accessible and communication was straightforward. Anytime again! 😊

We spent our ski holiday with 7 people in this beautiful place. There was enough space for everyone and everyone could retreat a little. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery for all people. Towels were also in different sizes. Here it may be advisable to pack a few differently colored clothespins so that you can keep the towels of all guests apart;) The warm ski boot holders are very suitable for a ski holiday! The situation is quiet and secluded. We were able to reach the house well by car, even if snow chains might be necessary in case of heavy snow conditions. Overall, we are very satisfied with the accommodation! Most of all the cleanliness was excellent! Also, we always felt super cared for. We will certainly keep this place in mind when we return to the Zillertal! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Highly recommended ! I haven't seen such a beautiful and clean villa in a long time The location is perfect and the best is the view from the bedrooms to the mountains. Everything was as described and even in real life it all looks much better than in the picture. We spent an out of ordinary weekend and we will definitely be back.

We spent our 15th wedding anniversary with the whole family! ❤️ It was perfect for us - everyone had a retreat, there were enough toilets! The kitchen was perfectly equipped! The library was amazing!! There is even a large TV available - but it was not used! Unfortunately, you can only use the fireplace in the kitchen - but he alone made it cozy in the lower area!
