My family and I have had such a great, comfortable and memorable stay at the Blissful Place. It was a beautiful and spacious house, and with lots of recreational facilities like gym, billiards, table tennis, darts to name a few that were available for us to use. We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The villa was really big and very comfortable and had everything that one Airbnb had to offer. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Everything in the house seemed like it was done with an eye for detail, overall it was an amazing experience for 7 of us.

Large space for friends and family. A bit far from city center but very close to sea side, 3 mins walk to the beach for sunrise. Great staff.

Beautiful spaces against the beach. Between locals. Colorfully decorated. There are two cottages we rented together. My parents had number 6 and me and my family with partner and two young ladies cottage 5. With shared courtyard garden/terrace. Also a connecting door. This was usually 1 house. These two cottages together give plenty of space and privacy. You have to love simplicity in terms of kitchen appliances and shower comfort and this cottage works well if you rent them together. We had a roof terrace with a large swimming pool where you could cool off nicely. More shade was created after we asked for this and you could sunbathe well. There were also cats from the street that we could enjoy. On the first arrival, it was a bit of a search for the good place, especially at night. Oman is sometimes inconvenient without a really zip code. We called Aleksi and he took us to the right place. The contact via an Omani number was nice and things were resolved soon. We greatly enjoyed it. Thank you!

If you’re looking to escape the city crowds and relax, this is the perfect place. Everything matches the images and descriptions perfectly. The villa is incredibly luxurious, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, each with its own toilet, shower, and cabinets. The mattresses and pillows are exceptionally comfortable and spotless. The villa features two living areas, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor, both with perfectly cozy sofas. The swimming pool and outdoor area are superb, equipped with everything you need: a barbecue, dining table with chairs, a seating area, and even an additional toilet and outdoor kitchen. The kids’ play area is fantastic, making it a great spot for families. All in all, we had an amazing and unforgettable holiday. Highly recommended!

Can't recommend this place enough, even better than the pictures. is very big and spacious. We found everything we need (and more). the house was very clean. The house carer was always there if we needed anything. the location and the view are super. thank you for having us!

I will definitely come again when I visit Muscat next time because I had a really good experience in this apartment with clean furnitures and chill vibe. It’s very sweet that Mr.Waleed made the apartment in a good smell by all kinds of perfumes.

We had a pleasant stay. Mohammed was a very kind and helpful host and made sure we were comfortable. The property is nicely located . Has a supermarket in the building complex , great restaurants within walking distance, all of which makes a stay very comfortable. He also assisted us with getting around the city . Will definitely recommend his place and hopefully visit again .

Couldn't be happier with my stay... The locals were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again... So relaxing... Was in oman for a family wedding decided to stay here and was a great place that i will remember the rest of my life. Right on the ocean in a fisherman village. Great walkable masjid !

Great Find , wonderful location and the best Host you could ever imagine. We really enjoyed our stay at Fareeda’s penthouse. I agree with all the positive reviews I have read . Personally I prefer staying at her place a lot better than al Moj ( where I’ve stayed several times) WiFi speed was wonderful for zoom meetings and on line work . Fareeda is absolutely the Best host I’ve encountered, to date . She is very responsive as a host . As a person she is a gracious and generous lady who is highly educated very knowledgeable & Also quite charming. We throughly enjoyed the time that we got to spend with her over coffee and dates . Looking forward to the next time . A wonderful stay . Highly recommend .

💯 One of the best places to stay in in Oman 🇴🇲 Everything was perfect. Once you stay for one night you will wish to stay forever! I traveled to many destinations over the years via AirBNB and other platforms and this home provided the best experience ever for me and for my family. definitely will recommend to any friend visiting Oman.

I stayed at this beautiful for 2 days with my 5 year old child. The area is safe and well serviced. Spinnys was only a few minutes away. Apartment was very clean. Highly recommended.

We were with our children and partners (8p) after a tour of Oman for 3 days in this villa. Through barrier and surveillance you can access to the house and were accommodated there by a friendly host Ashok (Harold was abroad). A beautiful villa with spacious kitchen, living room and terrace in the shade. Air conditioning everywhere and ample amenities. From the terrace you can look at the bay and you can see that they are busy building a hotel or something like that downstairs but we have not been bothered by that in our time. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with bathroom, both with balcony and views of the bay. And 2 smaller bedrooms on the front of the villa with a shared bathroom. The villa is in a quiet place, no more than 20 min drive from all kinds of amenities in Muscat and beaches such as Qantab Beach. It met our expectations.

Stellar host. He's got a really cool thing going having created very well designed efficiencies for small groups of travelers who are are the least likely to be loud and bothersome. He's extremely communicative, mature, and attentive. Well placed mirrors make the studio units feel quite expansive and pleasant. Water pressure is more than good enough for someone used to western water pressure, and plenty hot, even in the sink. If you want to be on a shaded street with classy cafés on either end, directly in between the beach and the beautiful Leah area, one block from major shopping, this place is a Great deal that outweighs it's price by far.

Very good communication with the host, comfy apartment close to the mall, beach and leasure area. Definitely recommend to stay in this cozy flat!

Dear Abdulla, First of all thanks for accepting me and my son as a guest in your flat. It was beautiful flat located in peaceful place. Our visit is entirely for participating a local tennis tournament. So, we did not spend much time inside the flat rather we used only for preparing our food and sleep. While i noticed all the facilities listed in the website is available in the flat, we rarely used it.

Hatem is an excellent host and very friendly.His apartment was comfortable and the location very good.

I have had a great time and I must say that Hassan is not only a host but also treats me like a brother during my stay. He is such a good person. Next time I will book at the same place for my family.😊

What a great find! Our first visit to Oman and a perfect location for our stay. Lisa is a wonderful host and very helpful in answering any queries during your stay. The penthouse apartment is very close to the beach and the terraces offer fantastic views of the surrounding mountain scenery and coast. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped - all as described and very comfortable. Qantab is an attractive town and offers a small well stocked supermarket plus an adjacent cafe. We hired a car during our stay and it was an easy trip into Muscat to supermarkets, restaurants etc. We found the Nesto Hypermarket a 15 minute drive away particularly good. We also took advantage of a half day tour of Muscat during our stay and Lisa arranged a local taxi driver, Ali, to show us the sites. Very enjoyable. We are already thinking when we can plan another stay in 2025!
