Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sedgefield

The only unfortunate thing is that we didn't meet John. He must be a great man to offer out such an amazing establishment of for us. The house is well kept in perfect surroundings on Leisure Island. We loved our stay, access to a washing machine, and dishwasher... Unbelievable stay at a perfect location and a well equipped house. I cannot thank you enough and hopefully we will be able to return one day to relive what we had there.

We stayed in the grey house in August 2023 for 4 nights. Liezth welcomed us and gave us a detailed tour, she was lovely. The house is nice and airy, it is well equipped with everything you need and very clean. We wete not affected by the load-shedding as the house was powered by a reversed generator. The location and scenery was amazing. We had a pleasant stay.

We were made to feel so special with a personalized welcome board at the entrance to the island, a water bowl waiting for our dog after a hot car drive, and a really helpful info pack that kept us busy with things to do & see. The house is gorgeous and has everything you could ever need, and Maria & Martin are so lovely. The island is such a special place and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!!

The place looks better than the pictures, it is absolutely stunning! You have a 180° view of the ocean! Each room has its own view to enjoy. You can watch your kids play on the beach from the balcony, the beach access is right next to the house. It has everything you need for the perfect holiday. We enjoyed every moment. The host is also so friendly and willing to assist and responds to messages very quickly.

It's a beautiful house with lovely hosts. You'll have the full view of the town and the lagoon. The house is big and beautifully furnished, Roy and Sheila were very kind to us. We absolutely recommend this place.

This cottage have a lovely garden and deck to breathe in the tranquility of The Island. While the turtles where scurrying around the birds nestled in for the night one could just relax as everything you need is available at the cottage. Saturday starts with a walk to the market for fresh delights and coffee @ Slow Roast coffee. (The best). Lost to do in the area for the energetic and the lazy ones.

The views are spectacular and getting to the beach was super easy. Cannot recommend this place high enough.

I highly recommend Carla's place. The experience was 5 star. Carla was absolutely fantastic in communicating and ensuring we were settled in.

Even it was a last minute decision.The one nigt stay was amazing.

Lovely space, beautiful views over the bay to the heads. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby. Apartment clean , well equipped and spacious , suited us perfectly. Host very quick to respond and helpful. Would happily go back.

The location of the accommodation is fantastic. The place itself is also wonderful. We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend the Loft.

Cherie is a great host - her personal touch is evidenced in her beautiful artwork, the delicious rusks and great coffee to enjoy. So friendly and relaxed. We were able to enjoy kayaking on the lagoon and taking in the beautiful surrounding. This is a great stay, highly recommended.

Elmarie was kind and helpful, her place is exactly as it looks in the pictures, and the little touches, the cereals and milk etc felt like home away from home. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic place with even better hosts. The apartment is spotless, well-equipped, comfortable, and boasts large bathrooms and excellent air conditioning. The lagoon views from the balcony are truly spectacular. Thoughtful extras like chocolates and laundry detergent were much appreciated, and the hosts were incredibly helpful with local tips and recommendations as well as being really helpful and flexible with arrival/check out times. The shared pool area was great, and the pool is large, though we didn’t have time to try it—maybe next visit! Only thing to watch out for is that there are a looot of stairs so be aware of that, although the hosts did help with the heavy bags and took them up in their lift which was really helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Beach bungalow - wonderful location, beautiful apartment and everything we needed. Rita and Nick were very responsive to any queries and gave us lots of helpful tips to explore the delights of Wilderness. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay! The place was spotless and neat, had everything you would need and felt very homey. We loved having a morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the lagoon, and our doggy enjoyed relaxing in the safe, fenced garden. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay, the place was easy to find because the instructions for the directions were clear we didn't get lost. The host was friendly, even though we arrived late she was always checking up on us and waited for us to arrive, will recommend the place to anyone

We had an amazing stay at SuPaViews. The apartment is spacious ,brand new, very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The outside terrace is spacious with lots of seating and beautiful views over the valley and mountains. The apartment is surrounded by woodland and trees with a vast array of birdlife. Thanks for all our welcome goodies, and great hospitality. We couldn't fault a thing, and will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommended! I was impressed by the wonderful location as soon as I arrived. The view from the terrace was stunning. The flat was top notch, it really lacked nothing. Daniel was very friendly and helpful and always took the time to provide us with helpful tips for the surrounding area. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time well situated for quick access to the main sights and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back! Thanks again Daniel for such a wonderful stay on our trip!

Great host. Lovely area with beautiful lagoon view on one side and waterway on other side. Nice beds with lots of blankets. Well equipped too. Will be back.
