Neat and cozy 2 BHK in a reasonable neighborhood. Good for budget solo/couple travellers in the area. Apartment was fully furnished, and the price was fine too. Harsha was very prompt in communication as well.

It's my second stay with Achla Mam being the host. This was a different property from the earlier one but the standard was maintained. The property is in a residential locality with lot of nearly stores and restaurants. Special mention for Prasad, as a care taker he was so so responsive and friendly. Mam and her team made out stay memorable.

Loved the location. The place was clean. The ac’s were noisy and throwing lights as if they came out of a torch. Mosquitoes were a real issue but overall I loved my stay. If he could work on these small things. I would still recommend the place to stay!!

This was my first stay at an Airbnb, and quite apprehensive about staying for 3-weeks with my mom without seeing the place other than in pictures. However, I was in for a nice surprise. When we reached the apartment building, Rahul’s dad Mohan garu gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at ease. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The apartment was just perfect as shown in the pictures, spacious, beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. Mohan garu was very caring and helpful. He arranged car parking in the garage close to the elevator so my mom wouldn’t have to walk too far. That was a very kind and thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated it. We really enjoyed our stay here and it’s a great way to enjoy Hyderabad from the comfort of a place that feels like home. I certainly hope to stay here again during my next trip.

We came from America. We wanted to get true Hyderabad experience and neighborhood. If you are looking for the heart of Hyderabad this is the place for you. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Having a washing machine was a plus. You have your own entrance so privacy and safety is assured.Syed is very very responsive. He knows exactly where to go. If it comes to exchanging money, SIM cards he knows. He lives downstairs and doesn't mind helping. There's many Mosque very near and street food is very close. My wife loved that he catered to our needs, like where are the best restaurants, and stores, and that Syed had his place stocked with some personal hygiene products, my wife hurt herself while we were at a festival and Syed had a first aid kit handy which aided her in healing. You are truly in a Hyderabad, local neighborhood which I love. You maybe only foreigner in the general area, but this was a plus for us. For the price you won't be disappointed.

Krishna's place was extremely well maintained and it's in a nice locality that is serene and peaceful. Very near to most places in Gachibowli, Hitech City and Madhapur. The host was very responsive and went out of the way in accommodating my requests. I would definitely prefer staying at this property every time I visit Hyderabad.
