Vacation rentals in Sechelt Ridge

Our family had a wonderful stay in Parksville despite some rain almost every day. We loved walking on Rathtrevor Beach, hiking around the Englishmen River Falls, visiting Coombs, Cathedral Grove, local parks and many great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. We travelled with daughter, son in law and two grandchildren aged 5 & 7. The kids slept in the loft, it worked perfect for us as we played cards every night. We all have wonderful memories of our holiday.

We had a great stay, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was wonderful, can’t say enough about communication with hosts, the spacious, clean and well furnished house, the location, the close proximity to the indoor pool and hot tub, beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Super location with beach access for great low tide walks. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by, a few are walking distance the rest are a short drive. Andrew's place is very quiet, nicely appointed, has everything you need, very comfortable. Highly recommend checking it out if you're coming to Parksville !

Alexandra's space is amazing! This was the perfect cozy weekend getaway. The sauna/cold plunge was super fun and hot tub was fantastic. We didn't want to leave the house!

The location of this place is stunning with an amazing view. The place itself was one of the cleanest I've ever been in. Darren and Laura were also very kind bringing items when power went out from windstorm. Definitely will stay here again

Lovely home as depicted in the photos. Large living room/eating area, comfortable beds. Very roomy for our group of 3. Great location; walking distance to all amenities. I would definitely recommend this place!

I would definitely recommend Melissa’s townhouse! It is cozy, comfortable, clean and spacious with two bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom. A bathroom downstairs, lovely fireplace in the living area with adequate seating, a dining table, a lovely kitchen with all the necessary small appliances - coffee pot, coffee pods, magic bullet, wine carafe etc The extra space offered so much comfort and was such a nice alternative to a hotel (one bdrm) suite. Melissa is a welcoming, friendly host and her replies to messages and questions are very prompt. There is a trail to the beach, just be aware that high tide may prevent access to the beach. We didn’t fret and it was part of the adventure and fun of the trip. The drive to another beach access is not far at all. Look forward to my next stay!

Elise & Miranda were super responsive. I booked last minute and they made it happen really quickly and were very flexible. Their instructions were clear - the parking and access to house is very easy. The house is centrally located - easy walking distance to all restaurants, grocery stores, cafe, shops. There are beautiful trails nearby. The house is well equipped and perfect for our family of 6. We had the best time! Thank you!!

Pat's place is awesome. We, a family of four - two adults and two kids (one is at teen age and another one is younger), spent a great long weekend there. Bright, cozy condo with great view from almost any window. It fits all of us, has a nice kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Heated pool with a hot tub, which we and kids enjoyed, just downstairs. The Bay is very good for paddle boarding. We did twice over our stay. If tide is low, you can reach a tiny island where you can find lots of purple and orange sea stars, crabs, and oysters. Ladysmith and Nanaimo suggest great dinner options. Nanaimo also has a nice walkable Marina merging into Maffeo Sutton park. If you like hikes, we tried Extension Ridge Trail hike near Nanaimo and can strongly recommend it to anyone. Malahat Tower is a fun place to visit, just one hour of driving from "Inn of the Sea" resort, we've been there, and were not disappointed. Will definitely stay again at Pat's place.
