Great place to stay, better than expected!

The house was very clean on arrival and stocked with the necessities. Close to the city. Within walking distant to a few restaurants.

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the thoughtful touches that ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home over the holidays. Greg was super responsive and gave us some helpful tips for getting around as well as some stellar restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to come back. Aida and daughter Arriane were perfect hosts. They made sure that we had everything we needed and provided suggestions that would make our trip even better. I don’t think there’s anything we could’ve asked for that wasn’t already supplied. I would recommend their accommodation every day of the week, and twice on Sundays… Score 5/5 !!

It was a nice apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped. The second bedroom had a large desk which was great for working on a laptop. The photos on the Airbnb listing were accurate. Recommend staying there.

If I could give Kimberly’s place more than 5 stars, I would. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place. It’s very modern, smells good, have all the necessities you need and Kimberly is the best host ever! She even gave us welcome snacks and chocolates! Would 100% come back whenever we’re in NYC again.

Loved our stay! Christine was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations and instructions! The home was clean, comfortable and made us all feel right at home! The area was beautiful and in a safe and friendly neighborhood. There is an amazing Mexican restaurant nearby (El Aguila Dorada) that had excellent service and great food. Our stay was very memorable and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area or planning to visit NYC as it was easy to commute back and forth as a family of 6. Will definitely be staying again given the opportunity to visit the area in the near future!!

I use Airbnb a lot and let me to you all that Silvia is the best host I’ve ever come across! She was extremely hospitable and helpful, she went out of her way to help us. The place itself is amazing, spacious and comfortable. We literally had everything we needed and there is a good laundrette nearby (laundry warehouse). The drive fits 2 large SUVs comfortably Don’t hesitate when coming to book this place, trust me it’s better than most places in the area!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near Prospect Park in Brooklyn! The location was perfect—situated in a safe and lovely neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shopping, and just a short walk to the park & the train station that we used daily during our stay. The host was outstanding—extremely responsive and provided us with lots of helpful information about the space and the surrounding area. The home was easily accessible and exactly as described, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this spot and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Brooklyn!

Great place! Tito’s communication was excellent! The kitchen had coffee and cups which was great in the morning, and the house is less than 10 minutes from Newark airport. There was also parking in the back and on the street. If I had some minor criticism, it was that there could have been more towels, and also, perhaps by accident, some of the pillows didn’t have covers on them. Overall, a nice quiet place to stay. Thanks!

We were visiting Hoboken from NC to experience NYC at Christmas with our 2 teenage boys. We had never been and were so pleased with the ease of walking for a quick meal, The Brick and The Little Grocery were our faves. Walk a few blocks for a magnificent view of NYC from the waterfront piers or a quick bus ride to the other end of Washington Street with an even better waterfront view of the city in all its glory! It was so easy to jump walk 2 blocks and jump on the 126 and be in mid Manhatten at Port City Authority in 20 minutes. Just blocks from Times Square and a little further north to spend the day at Central Park. Just as easy to catch the bus to the Path station and also be in lower Manhatten to see the 9-11 memorial/World Trade Center and walk through the financial district. Check out Little Italy and Chinatown and then a quick hop over to Brooklyn to see the sunset behind. the Statue of Liberty with amazing city views. Great escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC!

This home is in a great location. It is very clean and large enough for our party. The host was very nice and responsive when we had questions and gave us some recommendations on where to eat and get into the city.

Overall I’m very satisfied. Very comfortable and relaxed feel. Nice large kitchen space which was good. Only issue is larger vehicles cannot fit inside The garage which meant dining parking on the street which was difficult at night as the entire street was full. Either way for a week we managed and figured it out. I enjoyed the spacious apartment for me and any guests that came over to visit. Was planning to take my dogs but decided against it. Overall great host and would select it again if I need to be in that area.

Nice place located in Jersey City surrounded by many nearby shops on West Side Ave. The place was very clean and well stocked with linen, cleaning supplies and more. Great host! Will stay here again.

Home is fantastic!! One of the best places we have stayed in. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, and subway access is a block away.

The place is well-served with public transportation. The nearest bus stop to Manhattan is about 5 minutes away. The property was very clean and there was nothing missing.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a few days during the holidays, and it was a lovely, cozy retreat! The space had a warm, inviting feel that made it easy to relax, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after exploring. The location was ideal—just a 45-minute drive from the city, which gave us the perfect balance between convenience and a peaceful escape. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, with no sirens or city noise, making it feel like a true getaway. There are a couple of things to keep in mind. Parking was a bit challenging, especially if we didn’t find a spot before nightfall, so plan accordingly. Also, you can hear people walking upstairs or coming down the steps, which might be noticeable if you’re a light sleeper. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, our stay was delightful, and those small inconveniences didn’t take away from the charm of the place. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy stay outside the city!
