The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

Kelly's place was great for our family Thanksgiving getaway. Sunsets were great over the river, and every afternoon several deer visited the backyard. The hot tub was a great benefit after a hike up the Islands in the Sky trail. Kelly was attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. I just wish there were more pictures posted of the courtyard/grounds as it was difficult to gauge how far the separate areas were spaced out (each sleeping area had its own entrance). But it worked well for our group, and overall we had a great time and will definitely keep Kelly's place in mind for future trips!

Wonderful location right on the bay. Deck with hot tub was the best part affording beautiful views of the bay and surrounding hills. If you’re looking for a brand-new feel on the interior this may not be the place for you as it’s a little bit dated but it was very clean and as described. Bob was very responsive and has a great selection of books and CDs!

Aaron's place is a wonderful retreat right on the water. It is a beautiful house that is private and tucked off of the main road. Everything we needed was there. Full kitchen with great appliances, cozy living room & bedroom. All main rooms of the house have wonderful views of the water, bay and mountains beyond. Sitting on the deck is incredible with the water coming in below you at medium and high tide. The hot tub is excellent amenity! relaxing outdoors and seeing the moon & stars is an unforgettable experience! Aaron is a great host, very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.
