Our stay was great. We were after a long haul flight and arrived to wine, cheese and meat platter, plus milk in the fridge and fancy coffee 😁. The house had everything we needed and had stuff we didn't even know we needed 😁 incl having beach towels and bath towels, floats for d kids in d pool, multiple tvs with Netflix etc, Nintendo, cooking equipment and condiments. Anything we asked was accommodated eg early check-in at no additional cost. A perfect stay. We happily recommend.

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and wished we had kept the extra night when we originally booked earlier in the year. We know for next time :) Amazing views from upstairs living from the dunes, the stars, the ocean with a little private island and the breathtaking Sunsets. My children loved the swimming pool :) thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful beachfront home :)

The house was huge, well-equipped and very clean. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. The block itself is stunning, with lots of Australian native trees which look lovely all year round. Laura was very hospitable and left chocolates and chips for my girls, which were very gratefully received!

Our group of 4 adults and 4 children had an amazing stay at Grace’s house over the New Year period. The house was exactly as described, opposite a park and a short walking distance to local shops and the tavern!! The entertaining area was fantastic and we would 100% return again!

This was our second stay at Vince's place. A great well equipped house. Perfectly suitable for four adults and 4 teenage kids. Close to beach and amenities. Would be keen to stay again on our next trip to Guilderton.

Absolutely amazing! We will definitely come back to this home. Incredible views, the kitchen had everything you could wish for, the beds super comfortable! The hosts have thought of all the little details that make this a 10/10 Air BNB at Ledge Point.

Really enjoyed my stay with friends here. Very close to the beach in a nice and friendly neighbourhood. Lots of additional things available e.g. kayaks and boards, puzzles, and a basketball hoop. Definitely had a lovely time and would recommend

Elizabeth is a fantastic host anything I needed she brought to the house and left it for me. we had a bit of an issue when we first moved in however we managed to work it out and Elizabeth was more than helpful throughout. Thanks for a lovely stay x

It is a great place, lovely and quiet, the host was fantastic, and the host was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a lovely stay with my sewing group! Very clean with comfortable beds. Andrew even left us extra coffee pods and a bottle of wine! What's not to love?
