Condo vacation rentals in Sea of Marmara

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Apartment was so central to the Galata Tower and despite crowds around the attraction was remarkably quiet in the evenings The rooftop deck view is amazing we only wished there was more comfortable seating The apartment was well stocked and super clean. Julia met us when we arrived and gave us great instructions about the area and the getting around Istanbul. We would definately stay again and encourage anyone who wants to visit Istanbul to stay in this apartment.

Love how this apartment felt safe, peaceful and secure. Furnishing was all very functional, well thought of and modern. Location is walking distance to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. There’s also a bus stop and pharmacy directly outside the apartment. A big thank you to Berrak for always being so responsive and providing recommendations. Ali, the helper was also super sweet and caring. Can’t recommend this enough for a lovely stay in Istanbul.

First of all, Mr. Deniz is a very nice host. They answer any questions you may have and go out of their way to help with any requests you may have. The house I stayed in was as he mentioned. There was nothing missing. I was very satisfied. I'm sure I'll make my next stay at his house again. You can stay without thinking. You won't regret it.

Ersin and Volkan are very helpful hosts. There were a few problems in the uilding but they were very quick to respond and always available to help out. The place is also really nice and comfortable.

My stay was wonderful! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s in a fantastic location with a mall, restaurants, and plenty of activities just a short walk away. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. My only suggestion would be to add a microwave for warming up leftovers. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be back! 👍

Felt like home, very calm place, 2 minutes walking only to the bus station, Nagehan is so friendly and responses fast. I recommend this place big time!

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Ms. Ece is a very caring and gracious host. We received the house from her father, and she was a very kind gentleman. They were very interested and answered the questions right away. The house is perfect in terms of location, the garden and balcony are very nice, there are fruit trees in the garden. The location is not difficult. The house had everything that could be needed. I recently stayed at muge's beautiful house and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect. The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Azur was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions and make sure my stay was enjoyable. They put in a lot of effort to keep the house clean and ready for my arrival, which was greatly appreciated. we stayed with a family of 4 people for 2 days in the apartment. The house was clean, in a central location as a neighborhood. There is indoor parking. We are very satisfied.

Everything corresponds to the photos , I liked everything very much , very cozy and warm. The view is a million !!

Very cool, tidy, apartment. On the 1st floor there is a swimming pool, gym and hammam. Gated parking and security at the entrance. From the street in the same house there is a supermarket. 7 min large supermarket. 8 min bus stop. 15 min park with a bunch of shops and a MALL. Mossab is very helpful with everything and responds very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, even for the second month we extended.

Very good location, staff are very nice and anything you need just ask reception they are very helpful. Communication may be a little difficult but bear with them , it’s worth it…
