Beach house vacation rentals in Sea Isle City

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

We had an absolutely amazing trip thanks to Jess and Tom’s beautiful home. The location/views can’t be beat, everything was very clean in the house, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was outstanding!! The house was gorgeous inside and out and meticulously clean. The host, Brooke, was very accessible and responsive. Everything in the house was first class. The kitchen appliances, the chilled wine rack, the enormous, superb quality TV, the washer and dryer, the Dyson dryers in every room to the Aesop soap, etc. The balconies overlooking the ocean provided a spectacular view, especially the colorful sunrise. The path to the beach abuts the house. Even though we rented it in winter, we just had to walk to the beach. The rooms were all extremely comfortable. The primary on the top floor had a walk-in closet as well as a spacious bathroom. The main bedroom on the second floor also had a spacious bathroom. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The fact that we were a block and a half walk away from a beautiful and quiet beach was wonderful. But what sealed it was that Ted had every beach amenity we needed—chairs, towels, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards. It made the trip so easy. Ted was so welcoming and responsive. The location is on a busy road which you can hear from the porch but it didn’t seem to bother my family. It was a great place and kitchen and bathrooms plus outdoor shower were all a hit. Thank you!

Glenn is a terrific host and the house was PERFECT for our group of a dozen long-time friends (in our 50s!). Spacious and roomy, comfortable with all the amenities you need. Extremely convenient to AC and the Brigantine shopping areas but tucked in a peaceful out of the way neighborhood right by the beach. We will return! Thanks again, Glenn! Joe

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

Natalie's beach house was as described. The location, view and sunrises from were spectacular. The house had a washing machine, dishwasher and was well equipped. The best thing was the short walk directly to the beach. The beach was very private and great for walks and runs and playing in the sand.

Elizabeth's place was so cozy and it felt very welcoming! We got in late on check in day and everything was easy to find in the house. . The house feels very much like home. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Our family of 5 and our 2 dogs loved the space inside as well as the fenced backyard. It had plenty of room and the beds were all very comfortable. Elizabeth was very quick to respond when we had a question too! We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

Lynn & Brian were amazing Hosts! They were always responsive & available. They had plenty of things to do around the house & around town as well. The property was amazing & beautiful and was only a short little walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place to all friends & family! Being pet friendly was an awesome addition as well!

Beautiful property! So close to the bay with absolutely beautiful sunset’s. Convenient to downtown Cape May. Great backyard! Entire family enjoyed the pool, fire pit, & having a fenced in yard. Would highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time staying at Autumn’s beautiful house! It was very spacious, clean and in a great location. It was a perfect place for us to stay for the running festival.

We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood! Kitchen was well-equipped. Convenient location was an easy walk to the town of Rehoboth. Linda was very responsive to our questions and at check-in she walked us through how to use the appliances.

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

Timothy was a great host. Easy to communicate with. The house is very nice. The beds and pillows are comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to make family dinners. Our child loved playing with the toys available. Timothy was extremely helpful in arranging pickup for items we forgot at the house after our stay. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Nancy is a very nice host! She was always responsive and proactive in providing useful reminders before check-in and check out. Her place is beautiful, new, clean and very cosy. My family loved it and I would book again!

It was an awesome family weekend getaway, my son loved that we could walk to the beach! overall it was a great location and great place to stay!

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed here. The house is just perfect for us. It is comfortable, clean, close to the beach. We love the porch; it is where we eat our meals. Both Ben and Ken are so responsive to any questions we may have. We are already looking forward to booking this house again for next year.

One of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed in! Our group consisted of two sisters, their kids (13, 10 and 1.5) and a grandma and the place was absolutely perfect for all our needs. The beautiful rooms and deck are exactly as pictured, the place was exceptionally clean and the decor struck the perfect balance of beauty, function and comfort for all involved. The staircase was solid and carpeted so Grandma had no problems on it and the owners were kind enough to supply a baby gate so the toddler stayed in the room downstairs with her mom and we never needed to worry about her. All the beds have comfortable, new memory foam mattresses and there were extra pillows, blankets and towels at every turn. The whole place even smelled nice with a subtle air freshener. The owners were extremely accessible and thoughtful and reached out with restaurant recommendations in the weeks leading up to our stay. We loved the place and hope to come back next year!

If you are looking for a picturesque and relaxing stay, this is an ideal home. just under a 10 minute drive to local beaches, restaurants and shopping centers, you won't be disappointed. Kelly is an exceptional host who replies within seconds of posed questions. The home is clean, beds are very comfortable and all amenities are considered and available.

We had an excellent time ringing in the New Year at the Rosewood Beach House. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 adults, plus plenty of space for us to play games, cook meals, and simply enjoy each other's company. The property is conveniently located right off Coastal Highway, so it's easy to get to the beach/boardwalk, as well as grocery stores. Overall, this is an excellent place to vacation
