My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Nulu and downtown are minutes away. You can stroll down our lovely sidewalks and look at the beautiful Victorian houses and trees, enjoy some great food, with lots of quirky shops just footsteps away. Enjoy!

My husband and I stayed the night in Bloomington for an early procedure at IU Health and it was perfect for the two of us! We brought board games to play and sat by the window with a pretty view of the woods. We saw some eagles which was pretty cool. The unit was very clean and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again in the future.

In terms of value for what you pay here, this place is a steal! Great for a quick weekend place to stay! The home is exactly as described and looks pretty much identical to the pictures. I highly recommend! The only downside is that it feels a little cramped when you have 5+ people. But, if you only intend to stay the night here and clean up after a long day, I can’t say there are any downsides at all! Great place! Host responds quickly and the place was clean.

Place was beautiful! I booked this air bnb for my best friends bachelorette she really loved the place. Air bnb was walkable to a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and activities. Host was very nice,talked to us about the place and gave us a run down of everything about the place and let us enjoy it for the rest of the stay! Place was really clean and nicely decorated. One of the bathrooms had a bidet with a warming seat which was super cool! 10/10 would recommend!!

Everything that was stated in the post was accurate. The deciding factor on choosing this Air B&B was a couple of things to me. We have been coming to Louisville for our activity for many years now. We have stayed in hotels, and the last several years AirB&B. In the past, it was kinda sketchy in some of the neighborhoods in Louisville, but this was not that way. This home had a driveway 3 vehicles could park in, enough furniture worth sitting on for 5 adults, outdoor furniture to enjoy on clear nights or early mornings. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and one upstair. I will say that the downstairs bathroom is a little small, but the bedrooms have full length mirrors to help with getting ready. I hope to rent this home again in the future.
