We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

We absolutely loved our stay, they property was absolutely stunning and ideal for those wanting to chill and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This property would easily accomodate 3 families and an amazing place to entertain friends around the pool and bbq (unbelievable setup). Couldn’t recommend this place more highly my wife wants to design our next home off the same floorplan !!! Thanks again Graham and Lucy!! We will be back!!

The pool and spa bath were absolute highlights, offering the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. The space was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Vicky and John were wonderful hosts, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for a tranquil getaway!

If you are looking for the perfect property for your next family vacation, then do yourself a favour and book Anthony's place. It has everything you are looking for and more. We had 11 people (6 adults and 5 children) stay for a week over Christmas. We had the BEST time. The children loved the large pool and pool toys, there was a toy room filled with games and toys for all ages, they rode the bikes and skateboards, we even had a Christmas Day game of cricket with the provided equipment. The property is absolutely stunning with the gorgeous views of the pond, lovely grass area and many different seating areas. The herb and veggie garden was a wonderful extra touch. We had two kangaroos who came through the property most days. We did not want to leave after our weeks stay. Highly recommend Anthony's place.

Beautiful location with a stunning outlook, we could not have been happier with our choice of accommodation. While a few things did not quite go to plan with the house, the property management team were outstanding and super responsive - nothing was an issue and solutions/repairs were completed the same day. The house is perfect for a few families with space inside and outside, plenty of bathrooms and spacious bedrooms for all. Throw in what can only be described as a stunning outlook and we could not have been happier - thanks for a great week.

The views surrounding the verandah were amazing, we enjoyed sitting out there watching the sunset & sunrise. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that was needed. It was a short distance walk to the shops & beach.

This was our second stay here. It's a lovely house, with lots of space. It's also really well located for the shops and restaurants in Bellingen.

My daughter and I loved France's place. It was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and more. Frances is so thoughtful. I loved the flowers, the dressing gowns, scissors in the draw, the torch, the candle, and especially the verandah. Such a cool place to chill and unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings and smells. We loved the location, it was easy to get to. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. We loved all your suggestions on places to visit and things to do. Thank you Frances for being such a great host.

Penny's place was great for our pup and family for one night. It was a rainy day and we had everything needed for our short stay. Location was great, super close to the Main St and Woolies. It is in a quiet neighborhood. You will be able to park one car in the car port, which is covered and helpful as we arrived on a rainy night. Penny recommended several eateries for us. She responded quickly. We had clean comfy beds and a modern shower +toilet! I loved the pet couch covers - it was kind of her to think of pets as being part of the family yet making it hygienic for guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay. :)

The home was neat tidy and gave us room for relatives to drop in. Appreciated the cot and high chair being available. Price, I thought, was a little high but was the only one available with the space and bedrooms we required.

House is exactly as described, very clean and quiet. The only not perfect thing which I personally didn’t like, but might not matter to others is that the kitchen had no blinds but the bed is viewable from those windows.

My dog and I had a lovely stay. We will definitely be back next time we are in Coffs. Thank you 🐶😊

Ann and Alan were great hosts. we stayed with 3 adults and 4 toddlers aged 2-4. There toys for the kids and the 3 separate rooms with their own bathrooms and lounge areas were perfect for us! Kitchen was well equipped and the backyard surroundings were lovely and rainforest like. 5 min walk to the beach was also great! would book again

We had a wonderful stay, the place was great and location was perfect for what we were after. We enjoyed having the local wildlife, one in particular (kookaburra) would come right near us which was very unexpected. I honestly couldnt fault the stay and the views from the bbq area where just phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here, its worth the cost and perfect if you want a peaceful, quiet place to relax.

Absolutely stunning place. The pool is huge and the living area is very cozy. Beautiful balcony looking out over the inlet is an amazing place to hang out. Close to Coffs and 2 minutes away from the main drag of Sawtell. Thank you mark. I would 100% recommend again!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for the family, everything you needed and wanted in one place really no need to even go out anywhere. thoroughly enjoyed our day we will definitely be back.!

Everyone lovrd the house and farm grounds. Kids especially loved feeding the ducks and chickens, the swings in the field and the outfoor bath. We saw a kangaroo or wallaby one evening in the horses field. Cool crisp evenings and warm sunny days. Local village is very cute, nice cafes and independant shops. I can definatley recommend for people wanting to spend time together and relax.

Great location, use of pool was extremely appreciated as it was very humid weather. Walk to cares & restaurants & large grocery store. Brewery music. Good road into Coffs Harbour, watch out for radar. If you are doing speed limit haven’t any worries. Butter Factory Restaurant great for lazy relaxed meals. Great menu. River walkable for a refreshing swim. Bed very comfortable, slept very well.

I loved the natural stone pool and bush surroundings, grotto like bath/ shower perfect for two and airy light open deck/ lounge room. The kitchen is much like a hotel but everything is close by for substantial meals outside of brekky and reheating. Janine is so lovely and unobtrusive. I would recommend her place to anyone the wants a quiet stay.
