Family-friendly vacation rentals in Scoglitti

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

Large and comfortable place, very clean. Very convenient to all neighboring beaches. Close to downtown and parking under the house is always available. I highly recommend it to all guests.

Beautiful place to stay. The sea view is stunning, the back terrace is good for grilling. There is even a pizza oven but we didn't use it. The pool is small, but well suited for cooling off and massage. The house was super clean and Chiara is very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back.

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

A very large complex with large swimming pool and good facilities. We were with 2 families incl. 4 children (9-15 years) there. We had everything we needed to stay there all day. Well-known destinations (Etna, Syracuse, Catania, Taorminar) can be reached about 1 hour.

The apartment was almost as described in the listing with few minor discrepancies, but over all great stay, feels safe and the view from the terrace is nice while chilling in the hot tub. The information about complimentary breakfast and snacks is a bit misleading but we gave it benefit of the doubt and figured it out with the responsive administration afterwards.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sebastianos house. The surrounding is very quiet and relaxing. The pool well maintained and refreshing. Everything is available (oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc), if you want to use the kitchen. There is also a nice outdoor kitchen and a BBQ, if you’re eager to cook on your own. Syrakus is only 15 mins away with the car and nice sand beaches could be found in Avola. You‘ll definitely need a car, as the house is out of reach of any public transport. Sebastiano was very kind and responsive. We would book it again! :-)

We had a fantastic stay with our 3 families. The kids were in heaven with the outside area and pool. We stayed at the end of October and enjoyed amazing weather and bbq every night. Very comfortable stay and Oriana was the perfect host. Very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Oriana!

We, two adults and our 13-year-old son, spent a wonderful week in the Casale della Pergola over New Year's Eve. In the best weather (always about 15-17 degrees during the day) we enjoyed the large garden with the bananas, oranges, mandarins and clementines and the animals as well as the pool and were walking on the nearby beach. By rental car we explored Noto, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Syracuse and Mount Etna (with guided tour) and made a great hike through the canyon of Cava Grande del Cassibile (then a stop by Eva and Zio Pippo Marino-Marinello is recommended!), all easily accessible. Gioacchino was extremely helpful and very accommodating.

it was a very pleasant stay with a beatifull house surrounded by nature . the hosts are incredibly friendly and always happy to be at your disposal . I would like to thank Theresa and and her husband for making our holiday fantastic 😊😊. Thanks again !

Spacious and clean duplex, near good restaurants and with free parking outside. Fabio was a very kind and responsive host and left nice touches such as complimentary coffee capsules for arrival.

A Beautiful property & working farm. The animals are adorable, we loved the 2 dogs, cats and pigs. The place is quiet, clean, great kitchen to cook in & a 5 minute drive into town. Couple small grocery stores to buy ingredients to cook. They have olive oil & seasonings & fresh eggs their wine to buy, which was really good. A pretty pool ( too cold for us ) but great to watch the sunset by. Bed is super comfortable, ac worked great and bathroom was nice. A really neat private space. You can drive to Ragusa & Modica in 20minutes to explore and the coast in 40minutes. WiFi worked great, no tv but that wasn’t an issue for us. We had a great stay! Countryside is great to explore.

Viviana was a wonderful host, I felt like I was staying at the home of a friend. She and her partners restaurant downstairs is amazing!! Delicious food and wine. Brucoli is the the perfect place for someone seeking somewhere quiet and beautiful with a view of Etna across the bay. I will be back! She was very responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely few days at Emanuela and Peppe's wonderful clean and comfortable apartment. Great location, very peaceful but only a few steps from the busy streets. Emanuela and Peppe are very helpful and were quick to respond to any communication. The little café very close to the apartment is definitely worth visiting.

A really lovey & comfortable apartment on the edge of the best town to stay in the Baroque region. Adele is a wonderful host and there were lots of provisions, the facilities were great with bbq, log fires and a pool. Would not hesitate to recommend to all for your stain the area.

we had an amazing welcome. The place is paradisiacal, never warm, the swimming pool is beautiful, the outdoor spaces are spacious and well cared for. We were a group of 19 people and there really was a way for everyone to relax in peace and tranquility, starting from the guys who wanted to swim, arriving at the adults who instead wanted to rest. Everyone had a way to do what they preferred without disturbing the others. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything you need. The host was really thoughtful. He pampered us throughout the week. He was able to give us precise directions on the places nearby and not only. We had a really great time

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Tiziana’s place was perfectly situated for us. The surrounding orchards are iconic and peaceful. The place it quiet and easy to get into Noto but also convenient to drive to surrounding towns. The place feels new, cozy, and clean. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

Very good stay spent with the family at Corrado's whose welcome and good advice was much appreciated! The accommodation is very functional and includes a beautiful swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden which makes it very pleasant after visits... It is also very well located, close to the main points of interest in the south east of Sicily . Recommended address without hesitation!

Wow! What a truly magnificent stay!! The villa looked incredible in the photos...but it's even more special in real life! The villa was much bigger than we expected and it felt like living in a palace, with beautiful local and family touches. The gardens and the pool were beautiful...my brave daughters even tried it in winter which was a bit chilly, but i imagine amazing in the summer. We made friends with Shakira the horse and the kittens. Antonio was really helpful with the local recommendations and fantastic communication and gave us a warm welcome and orientation to the villa. For fans of Montalbano, we recommend a drive down to Punta Secca to see his house, or Scicli for the police station. The trattoria gattopardo at the castello donofugata nearby was excellent and we loved the pizza at That's a moro in Ragula Ibla. A week went so quickly... we'd have happily stayed longer! Grazie!!

Great apartment and facilities. Good to find somewhere with WiFi and air con that worked. It’s a great set up for families. We met another family while we stayed, and the children had a great time together. A really good location, quiet and not too far from the beaches and local towns. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and the children had a great time making friends with their cat.

Together with our 3 year old child, we spent a total of 10 days at Andrea’s house. We felt very comfortable in the apartment the entire time. Andrea welcomed us very nicely when we arrived and showed us everything. Kindly enough, water, coffee, milk, etc. were ready for us upon arrival. The apartment and the garden were clean and well-kept and the pool was always a nice cool down for us. When our child got sick, Andrea supported us a lot and even organized a doctor's appointment with his pediatrician. Thank you very much! But we also always got a quick and helpful answer to questions and tips. Aranelle is a tranquil place with beautiful beaches and a good starting point for excursions to Noto, Syrakusa, nature reserves and other beaches in the southeast. A car is always recommendable, especially since you are further away from interesting shopping opportunities.
