This was our third time staying with Pat and Ginger and we could not have been more satisfied!! The house is always so clean and is plenty spacious for my family and I every year. The neighborhood is peaceful and you feel safe as could be taking a walk with your family. Pat and Ginger both are responsive 24/7 and more than happy to help any way they can each and every time. We look forward to staying again!

Completely enjoyed our stay at Kim's. Very peaceful, quiet, and having our two little dogs with us was fantastic! I loved the rustic feel and felt very comfortable. Kim was very responsive to all our questions/needs, and we so appreciated that! I wonderful getaway for my wife and I!

The house was spotless and well equipped. Nice linens and comfortable beds and furniture. Quiet neighborhood. Natalie responded quickly and was helpful when I had a couple questions. We appreciated the special touches like bottled water in the fridge, a snack basket and restaurant guide.

Eddie was quick to communicate and answered any questions we had promptly and with a good sense of humor. The house was as pictured and just right for us, everything clean and cozy. We loved the decor in the rooms, too, very fun and especially liked the faith-based messages. I highly recommend this place, we really enjoyed our stay!

Tina was very accommodating for an early check in so that we could get ready to attend the wedding we were in town for. The house is quiet, easy to find and very close to shopping and dining. The little perks that were available to us were appreciated. There were even cotton swabs in the bathroom and snacks in the kitchen! Definitely worth the value! Only a few dollars more than a hotel room and three bedrooms!

This spot was such a peaceful area tucked away in the woods. The space is perfect including a very functional kitchen, a living area to watch movies, 3 season deck great for breakfast and coffee in the morning, as well as a spot to have campfires. Super close to Thousand Hills State Park and Kirksville. Would 100% stay here again!

In town for a conference at TSU and this place was a perfect base for my visit. I could walk to the university or downtown in just a few minutes. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to come back to each night. My only regret was that I didn’t get to enjoy it for a longer amount of time.

It was very neat and loved the view. It was a lil hard to find based on gps location but ended up figuring it out once we manually entered the address. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay.

What a beautiful property. So peaceful and beautiful. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms on all three floors. We saw plenty of deer, rabbits and several other animals during our visit. Amazing location for secluded quiet. Ivette was also very helpful and responded quickly to questions.
