Glen Lake is approximately 3 miles long. The house is in the deeper and wider sections of the lake. The Dockside Restaurant is on the lake serving lunch and dinner. A dock space is available for a small runabout, fishing boat or jet ski. Kayaks, Canoe are also available. The water is comfortable and great for swimming and activities. Surrounding homes along the lake are mostly year-round and it tends to be very quiet during the week, especially during the day.

It was a quiet relaxing weekend by the water with beautiful scenery, loons, and birds that we enjoyed from the lakeside chairs around the firepit, from the porch, and screened porch seating. We also had a great lake view to enjoy from the livingroom when the rain showers kept us indoors. The teens enjoyed getting out on the water with the 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks that were there. There was also a youth kayak there that we didn't use and a peddle boat.

Katie's house was perfect for a guy's weekend golf trip. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfy. Had all the amenities you would ever need. The house is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Great views of the lake across the street. Conveniently located to the Lake George area. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing, just like the photos! Had plenty of room for the two of us along with our Daughter and our two Grandchildren. The girls enjoyed the hot tub, and swimming in the lake! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to rent for their vacation! My only wish was it was on the water! I love looking out the window to see the water!

Peter was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, even recommending local places for us to check out and helping me find a spot right nextdoor at the marina to dock my boat. His communication was excellent and the cottage had amazing views of the lake, especially for watching the fireworks from the second floor deck. Our family really enjoyed the private neighborhood beach, which included the use of kayaks that our boys loved. Being walking distance to Million Dollar Beach and the village was also a nice perk. We created great memories and will definitely return!

There’s not much that can leave me speechless, but this home has managed to do just that. While the photos on the listing were quite detailed and accurate, it did not prepare me for the tranquility I was set to experience during my stay. The host included extremely detailed instructions, as well as several fantastic recommendations for things to do if I felt like leaving the home for additional entertainment. The only issue I encountered was wishing it wasn’t time to leave when my reservation ended. Fantastic home, book it.

We had a great stay at Kate’s place. Inside was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Outside, we especially loved the view and the gazebo which was really cute and a great place to hang out during a little rain. Kate was very responsive! Wish we could have stayed longer. We are definitely hoping to come back for another visit!

This was my first time visiting Lake George and Mikes place was the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful beautiful surroundings all while being very accessible to downtown. Spent our Annual President's Day weekend at the Lake House and it was perfect for a relaxed and peaceful getaway. Had everything you'd need for a weekend away in the mountains. From start to finish the process was seamless. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the house was clean and cozy with views of Lake George and surrounding mountains. Interested in staying in the warmer months as the location is right on the lake! Would highly recommend.
