Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Schonach im Schwarzwald

Comfortable apartment for 2 families, on the second floor 1 bedroom with 4 beds, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom complete with bathtub. On the ground floor a half bathroom (toilet and sink only) kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Two small outdoor spaces, with a barbecue and pool.

"Madita" is wonderful, a pretty cottage in beautiful surroundings, what more could you ask for. We felt very comfortable, everything worked out for us, we can only recommend Madita. Communication with Steffi and Ferdi was also straightforward and consistently positive.

Beautiful location, we were a family of 4 with two dogs and we split ourselves across the two apartments and it worked very well. Initally found the booking agent / owner split a bit confusing but it all worked out fine and everyone was very responsive when contacted. The listing mentioned there was a washer and went never found it but a minor inconvenience only. Definitely recommend to other guests

Great location, short walk to the lake, close to the train stop yet you never hear the train. Great place!

It was very nice. You have a tiled stove with which the large living room is quickly heated. The wood is placed in front of the door on request. Fresh cow's milk was also available every morning.

Very satisfied with our stay. The house is very spacious and tidy. The location is very quiet, close to all kinds of nice walks. Michael was always easily accessible and very helpful. A top vacation for us!

It was very, very quiet... On the big fir tree in front of the house lives a trusting squirrel that has come to me on the terrace every now and then. Christian responded to my questions immediately. I will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay at Katja’s and enjoyed our time in Schönwald immensely! Katja was so responsive and extremely helpful, also offering lovely recommendations and even came to check in on us and make sure we were okay! Perfect place for a Black Forest getaway just be mindful of bus timetable to get to and from Triberg :)

Absolutely a very lovely place to stay in the Black Forest. The house is fully furnished, full of comforts - towels, all kitchen and BBQ accessories, internet, TV with large screen and all apps, etc. We stayed here for a full week with 2 adults and a dog, and felt at home from the beginning. Thomas and his wife were super friendly and helpful and are fantastic hosts! From Haus Carola there are immediately beautiful hiking tours to take, and there is also the convenience of several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. With the Hochswarzwald Card, it is easy to use good public transport. A place to return to!

We had a pleasant stay. The communication in advance was uncomplicated, the quiet and natural location of the house was a dream. We were positively surprised in particular by the kitchen, which was really very well equipped, so we would not have had to bring a hand mixer ourselves, for example. Klaus was extremely helpful to us, for that again a big thank you!

We had a perfect experience. 😍 The house was super clean and practical. The views were breathtaking. We would love to come back again someday.

The place was perfect for the family. It seems they put effort into keeping it and accommodating the guests' needs. They set up a small room for my baby with kids' paintings that made my baby fall in love with it. We were able to cook a full dinner for five with no issue. We love the place and are already thinking of going back in the future.

Comfortable beds, practical terrace, kitchen with all needed and clean bathroom. Very enjoyable stay. 10 min walk from a very nice outdoor natural swimming pool. Great walks in the area! And lots of pretty cats in the neighborhood...

Small but nice apartment. Great new bathroom / toilet, small kitchenette. Every square meter is used sensibly and well thought out. Very large, great balcony with beautiful views towards the village church. Living and sleeping combined in one room. Very clean, very quiet location. We left the car parked in the yard for the entire week: hiking directly from the house possible in really all directions, partly also in combination with a bus ride (good connection). This is how recovery works! If the Black Forest were a cake, then Schönwald would be the cherry on top: Magnificent landscape in all directions, good, pure and pleasantly cool air! Breathe! In the village there is a very good grocery store, there is really everything. Fresh and in good selection and quality. In high summer, a visit to the outdoor swimming pool is a dream, wonderfully cool water without chlorine. Good audience, cheap small food. We would love to come back, recommend it very much.

We spent some great days in Judith's apartment and felt very comfortable from the first moment! Perfect for families! Our kids (3&6) were happy with the toys. Large bathroom, plenty of space for luggage etc, no tightness, we were 6 people. Judith was very nice and straightforward. We have recovered well in the Black Forest and would be happy to come back!

We had a lovely family weekend in Conny's apartment. The apartment is very large, especially the living-dining room is really great and big enough for a larger group. The wellness area with sauna is also super nice and gives the apartment something very special. Communication was great and we always got quick feedback on questions. We will be happy to come back! :)

Nice and comfortable apartment, great location.

I was there with my sister for a ski World Cup. We had to drive to Titisee-Neustadt for the competition, but the great apartment absolutely compensated us for this. The surroundings are great and the drive from the apartment to Titisee-Neustadt is short and leads directly past Lake Titisee. I'd love to come back.

Amazing place to stay, very clean and beautiful, felt spacious and looks like photos. Easy to find as the bus station right behind the house. So quite and also feels peaceful. Beatrice has been a great host and made everything smooth. Absolutely recommend it 🫶🏼
