Vacation rentals in Schladming Tauern

We had a really lovely stay in Martina’s apartment. It is in a great location, with many things to do and see in the area. The apartment is nice and cosy, just as it appears in the listing. We would love to come back!

It was a great experience, this time when we hit a heavy rain and drive on the day of check-in, causing a delay in arriving until 9pm, but the host was kind enough to let us stay with peace of mind, and provided a perfect accommodation, we had a happy stay for our family of four, and it was worth recommending a good homestay.

Fantastic place, unique village, some of the best hosts you can get anywhere. Home is unique, the kind of private place you install the Airbnb application for. To find different experiences, in different places, and feel treated in the great way we got treated for 5 days here.

From the beginning everything was very informative, we had no difficulty anywhere and it felt like it was our house. Everything was perfect and everything we needed the host was responding immediately. We are very satisfied with our choice.

Beautiful apartment with lovingly furnished and very spacious rooms, like in the hotel. Location great, right in the center of Tamsweg. Very friendly welcome by Eliana's father and chocolate on the bed, as a welcome gift for all guests. Highly recommended to come back immediately the next time you stay in Tamsweg! :-)

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.

Unbeatable location and very comfortable accommodation, with everything one needs. The rooftop deck is a particularly lovely feature, though it was a little too cold during the time I was there to fully take advantage of! .My host, Lisa was responsive and kind, checking in regularly to make sure I had what I needed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

What a lovely apartment, beautiful surroundings and very friendly hosts! We really enjoyed our stay at Mandlwand Lodge. The mountain views are amazing, the river running outside is so relaxing with plenty of comfy seating and dining areas outside, and a small playground and sandpit in the garden area. We also had loved our balcony too for breakfast with a view! The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen equipment was well stocked, and it was quiet at night time. Maikel and Brigitta were so friendly, gave us lots of tips where to visit, as it was our first time to the area. The Sommercard is excellent, for free cable cars. Mülbach am Hochkonig is a very family friendly area with lots of playparks, children's hiking trails and plenty of things to do close by. We loved the Toni's children trail, from the Karbachalm cable cars. It took just over an hour from Salzburg, easy drive on the motorway, or slightly longer through the towns and villages, which is a very pretty route
