New apartment, immersed in greenery at 1000 meters above sea level but a few hundred meters from the state road, which speeds up travel in the two directions Crotone and Cosanza. Prompt and very friendly welcome!

Without going too long on the characteristics of the accommodation, which correspond to what is indicated in the listing, to make a difference was the environment and charm of the Castello dell 'Arso and its surroundings. The outdoor courtyard between shade, seating and hammocks; the view of the windows on the greenery and the Ionian Sea; the essential furnishings and the simple style; the walk in the garden; the outdoor shower. Everything is very intimate and to be enjoyed for more than a day. Thanks to Giulia for her wonderful presence and availability.

We were greeted warmly on arrival and communications with Caterina, Paulo and Giuseppe was always excellent. They responded immediately to any issues or queries we had. Giuseppe showed us great kindness, even helping us get hair cuts in the local barber. The house is rustic, private, very close to town with many bars and restaurants and has plenty of space for 4 people and a very big dog. The outside bbq area is a great advantage. We really enjoyed our 3 weeks and would loved to have stayed longer. Thank you all.
