Very responsive. Had an issue w the pool/hot tub heater, quickly had someone come and fix it.

WOW! This Hacienda style dwelling was exactly what we wanted to stay at in San Antonio.Absolutely gave you the flavor we needed to make our visit authentic feeling.Having a great Mexican restaurant( El Chaparral )a mile away was a bit of magic also. Pool is large & rooms were cozy.Details were obvious everywhere.Thank You so much for the memories.

It’s far and very private! We loved the drive to the home , Dee was very helpful and accommodating . We enjoyed our stay a lot, the pool and patio was everyone’s favorite.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect (we were able to walk to so many things!), and it was so nice to come back to the private hot tub after a day of exploring! The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The rental unit was extremely clean, well-kept, and up-to-date. The beds were very comfortable, we slept so well! If we are ever in the area again, this will be our place for sure!

The stay was amazing! We spotted deer every morning we were there. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly throughout our stay. Thank you for an amazing trip.

We loved our stay at this lovely lake side home! It was the perfect little getaway to spend Easter with our family. The guys really enjoyed going out in the kayak and paddle board provided and we all moved the hot tub! Would absolutely return.

Our stay at Sorry Charley Ranch was amazing! The owners were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. We were able to enjoy many of their amenities that they had to offer. We fed their adorable goats, our kids played daily on the playground and in their common area, had amazing conversations around the bonfire at night, and used their outdoor kitchen to prepare food. Our tiny house was so cute! It was very clean and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Not to mention the very comfortable mattresses! It was such an amazing experience that by the end of our stay there, we felt more like family than as guests.

Great location, Natalie generously let us check in early and made sure our place was ready. Location is very close to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. Space was well stocked with cookware, spices, cooking oil, coffee and bedding/towels

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean and organized. We had a written sign welcoming us and the place smelled and looked great. Checking in and out was super easy. Any questions I had were quickly answered. The host is absolutely amazing! We forgot some belongings and she was so responsive and proactive on keeping them safe until we got them. It's very apparent that she's great at what she does and is a thoroughly reliable host! Overall we loved staying at this airbnb! It was super comfy and cute.

Jennifer was a great host in responsiveness and being attentive. The place was just what our family needed and the back yard is a huge plus for pets! Highly recommend if your staying in San Antonio.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

We booked for Family Weekend at Texas State. The property was about 15 minutes from campus. The river access was a plus! The property provided access to floats and a kayak which was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

I have stayed here about 4 or 5 times over the years and it’s always my favorite Airbnb to stay at in San Antonio! Once again it was so clean and comfortable! This place always makes us happy with our trip!

While the house itself is small, as described, the outdoor space is the real highlight. The property is beautifully maintained and offers plenty of activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, and cornhole. The deck overlooking the river is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, a fantastic stay for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors!

The home was large and clean, and comfortably fit our larger group. The neighborhood was very quiet, and having access to a private 2 car garage was very nice. Lee was a great host who was proactive and gave very detailed instructions that made both check in and check out very easy. We enjoyed our stay here, and would have no problem rebooking this place again in the future.

Just got back from our trip, we loved our stay & would love to come back. The house was exactly as described on beautiful private property that is shared with two other small rentals (all part of the Menger Cottage), but the privacy is still there. While we were there, the cottage house next to us was occupied and there was plenty of parking spaces for the two full size trucks and my small suv and several other cars parked behind that cottage. Again, with that said, we still had our privacy. The shade from all the beautiful mature trees was very nice and walking down to see the horses was my favorite thing to do. The back patio was very large and plenty of seating for the 5 of us and comfortable no matter what time it was. The terrain around at the cottage is beautiful and I was surprised how many stars and satellites could be seen at night considering the lights in neighboring areas. There are plenty of fast food options and several restaurants as well as grocery & gas.

What a beautiful vacation away from the busy city life. This bunkhouse was well equipped for relaxation including a beautiful view, lovely plung pool off the deck and a gorgeous bathtub that you could swim in with a rain shower next to it that was just as luxurious. The beds and linen were comfortable. The refrigerator is on the smaller side, what you’d expect with a bunkhouse but it was adorable. The driveway is 1.5 mile hard packed dirt but very well maintained. There is a plethora of wildlife along the way so keep your eyes open! The hosts are responsive and extremely helpful and nice! Will return again when in the area!

Such an incredible stay! A true gem. The pics and description don’t do the home its full justice. Perched above Helotes, Julia’s place was peaceful and picture perfect. I was in town for a (relatively) quick business trip and this was the perfect spot to relax at the end of a few busy days. I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool area but it looked spectacular. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of six stayed here for our trip, and had plenty of room in the house. It had everything we needed, and was very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful house and view, and it looks even better in person! Just plan in advance for your meals, as there are not a ton of options nearby. The hosts quickly responded and accommodated any requests! We definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay. Very nice and peaceful location. Easy to get around from. Perfect little piece of heaven. Definitely a place I would recommend and stay at again. Hosts were amazing at check in and were helpful with recommendations.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Just steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and the legendary Gruene Hall. I would definitely stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer. 5 stars!

Outstanding rental! The downstairs area is super unique and cool, spent more time playing pool than we expected. The outdoor space is on point as well, hot tub heated up quickly and the view from anywhere on the pool deck was stunning. Randall was a great host, made sure we had what we needed but then gave us our space to enjoy. Highly recommend this rental, no need to hesitate booking.
