Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Schashagen

Jenny's cottage is very cozy and beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable there. We also particularly liked the fact that the garden was fenced - that was great for our dog. Since we were traveling with our 10 month old baby, we unfortunately did not use the fireplace for safety reasons. That's why it was a little cool (especially at night) on the colder, windy days despite heating, which is understandable with such an old charming house. We would definitely come back anytime in summer and highly recommend the house and location.

The cottage is super cozy. We felt like at home. The sharp knives were very special for a vacation home. That's rare 😊

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and it did not disappoint. We now have a 16 month old and he just loved running around the house and the garden (plus the swing and trampoline was a big hit). We didn’t need to bring anything with us as there was a cot, highchair and baby bath, plus a play kitchen for him to use (plus plenty of things for older children too). The house is so cosy, with lots of lovely touches (like the little area for reading with a chair and light) and has everything you need. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed a walk to see the wild horses, then back along the coast plus a dip in the sea by the beach. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is super cozy, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Especially in winter the place and the neighborhood are extremely quiet, you have the garden to yourself, that was great! You are quickly in Boltenhagen and also within 20 minutes walk on a wild beach that is perfect for the dogs! We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the house with three generations and dog! The kids loved the upper area and in the large conservatory was a large table for dinner and play laps together!

Jelena is an excellent and friendly host, always available. We felt very comfortable in the house. It is clean and cozy. You can tell, in a positive sense(!) that the family usually lives in the house itself. The location is very convenient. In a few minutes you can reach an Edeka with bakery or the nearby lake. It is about 30 minutes by car to Kiel or directly to the Baltic Sea beach. The next trip is already planned. We highly recommend the place.

A beautiful, old tenant house with plenty of space. Perfect for a big family with several generations - many bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. But our absolute highlight was the huge garden area with old trees, under which you could eat and stay wonderfully. Great tranquility, lots of greenery- just beautiful. Very well equipped in all areas - sufficient dishes, large pots - only egg cups we did not find...🤷🏻‍♀️ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again!

We had a very nice time! The house and furnishings are extremely tasteful and high quality. There are many details that go well beyond comparable listings. The kitchen is e.g. equipped with a strainer machine, the technical appliances are new and of high quality, the elements in the bathroom and kitchen - such as faucets, sink or shower - are almost luxurious. I would recommend the place at any time and would also like to come back. Except for some ants in the kitchen it was very clean. Ulrike responded immediately to questions and also offered help beyond that. We felt very comfortable.

Our host Sandra and her husband were very kind and personable. The space was even nicer live than it was in the photos. We lacked nothing. Also gratifying were details such as large cups for tea, baking paper, the comfortable bed, the "private" access to the separate garden and much more. The highlight is the ping pong table. It's fun to play a round when you want. Alt-Mölln is a beautiful place in the middle of nature. Not far from it is Mölln with a very interesting history, shopping and historic buildings. It was nice! The stay was super relaxing, we stayed with 2 children and it was definitely a wonderful stay for all 4 of us. There is a lot to discover and the horseback ride with the ponies to the sea was a great highlight for young and old. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, both the impressive dining and living area as well as the well-equipped bathroom with sauna and hot tub were just great. Very nice contact, also spontaneously accessible by phone and flexible. The apartment is comfortably furnished and there are no creaking doors that are very difficult to close! A point that disturbs me very often since we travel with a child. Free firewood, even if we didn't need it, was a great plus. We were able to enjoy the view on the lake directly at the house:) Maybe we'll come back again!

We stayed in the apartment for two nights and had a great stay. The apartment, house and yard are beautiful and Steff and Felix were super friendly and helpful! A perfect place to relax, enjoy nature and explore. We definitely want to come back. Our dog also felt super comfortable! Our highlight in the apartment was the fireplace :)

We (5 girls) had a nice stay, for one night. A wonderful apartment, nice and clean and furnished. Could be a little cheaper, still recommended.

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet place, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or on the hot tub that works flawlessly even in winter. We will come back and can only recommend the apartment! :)

We had a great time on Poel. The AirBnB was very cozy and everything as described. The beach is great and we liked the island very much. Only the place Gollwitz is not so super well connected by bus and the place is currently more of a construction site (not the street where the AirBnB is, but the front part of Gollwitz). And it didn't bother you any further now! The communication with Stephan has been very easy and reliable!

What a beautiful retreat in Blankenese. We visited Hamburg, a city we used to call home with our new daughter to bond with family. I am so grateful we had lovely Anke and this gorgeous place to call our home for the return. Aside from the gorgeous accommodation, Anke was so kind and communicative. She was flexible and available, and made our stay all the more special. My favorite part was the ability to walk to downtown Blankenese with our stroller to grab a coffee, visit the Saturday market, and stop by the bookstore. It felt like a movie 💕 We hope to return

Great, huge house with very nice kitchen, fireplace, nice, large sauna and a large Weber gas grill . The separate hot tub is also big enough for 5-6 people. We highly recommend it for larger groups.

Great place with wellness area. Jürgen and Heidelore are very committed and make sure that everything is to the complete satisfaction of the guests. Highly recommended! Important to know when booking via AirBnB: There are additional costs for the sauna, hot tub and gas fireplace.

We were in the house with 9 adults plus baby and dog and it was just very clean and we felt very comfortable and at home. The kitchen has great amenities and it can be cooked excellently. Check-in worked flawlessly through a staff member and was really friendly ☀️ We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏻

We were in Kletkamp with two families and the apartment was really perfect for our needs. Very tastefully decorated, yet practical, nothing is missing. The apartment is huge, so everyone can find a retreat if you want and then everyone will meet again in the huge dining area or on the cozy couch. The large bean bags in the TV room were a highlight, especially for our children. The entire property is well maintained and the children could play great on the large meadows. You can get to the beach quickly, as well as in Plön, Malente, Eutin or...There are many opportunities for activities, whether with or without children. A clear recommendation from us and we will definitely be back again!
