We greatly enjoyed our stay at Frederic's place. The house is located in a quiet, rural village. We have not been bothered by ambient noise at all. Frederic personally welcomed us and all the information was clearly explained. The house was equipped with all comforts and more. The sauna is an added value to completely relax. The areas were clean and match the pictures. Congratulations on your beautiful home, Frederic. It was an ideal start to 2025.

We were warmly welcomed by Kim! The house is great so you walk right from the house into nature. During our week-long stay, we were always able to take several walks. Kim has put together a beautiful book with many attractions. Wonderfully quiet! Good living space with a sitting area and the spacious dining table as in the pictures.

Very neat and very nice property. We were here with 3 couples for hiking and cycling. The house was spotless and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Everything is here to make a pleasant and fun weekend. There are 3 bedrooms that are definitely ample for a weekend or midweek. In the hallway upstairs there is even room for clothes to store. The small things have also been thought of, such as clothes pegs, paper towels or tablets for the dishwasher. The house is located in a beautiful walking and cycling zone, close to several junctions. The garage is spacious and can be used to store several bicycles and recharge batteries. At the back of the house is a freight track. Despite this being one of the busiest in Belgium, we have hardly been bothered by this. The view of the railway bridge (Arcaden) is beautiful. Claire responded immediately to questions and gave tips when we asked for them. Perfect hostess !

The cottage is gorgeous, it’s like being in a Pinterest dream😍 Everything is perfect and aesthetic! The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a nice dinner and breakfast, everything was prepared to not have to leave the house at all. The surroundings are also beautiful and peaceful, ideal for a nice long walk if the weather allows! A lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The outside of the cottage is very romantic as well. The only downside is that we could not manage to warm up the hot tub enough (we used all the wood and still it was below 30 degrees so maybe better for warmer weather) We loved the place and we will definitely come back for our 2nd anniversary next year 🥰

We visited our daughter for a few days, who is studying in Maastricht. Her younger brothers were able to stay with her, we had this beautiful two-room apartment to ourselves. Our children were able to visit us for dinner due to the spacious kitchen and large dining table and we felt really at home for a few days. The location is great, right next to a beautiful pedestrian bridge to the city. There is always something going on in the public square behind the house, yet it is relatively quiet. This is also good, because due to the older, Dutch construction of the walls, windows and roof, you can hear almost every noise from outside. The furniture and the equipment of the upper three floors are very high quality and have charm. The rooms are bright and friendly. The first floor is a kind of office that you don't really need to live in. Philippe helped quickly when we needed something. Overall a great experience that was worth the money.

Great family retreat in a big house with so many activities that we didn’t want to get out of the estate, we played until we dropped on the tennis court, basketball field, table tennis, pool table, super Mario machine, football table. We used both kitchens (so two ovens, two dishwashers), but the one stove downstairs (with 8 pits!). Bedrooms are well isolated so sleeping in silence, and ofc full darkness at night in this area. We stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 7 girls. It is a very good location, nice and central and therefore easy to walk to. Glad there are 4 double beds, so each of us had a place in a bed and not a sofa bed, which is often the case with a larger group. On the first floor it is somewhat larger apartment, Pim, with a living room with TV on which you can stream Spotify via your phone or watch a series/movie with Appleplay and a separate bathroom. On the second floor was the smaller apartment, Liv, with a separate toilet but the shower in the kitchenette - which is funny. Late check-out was possible, which was very nice, and it was a nice cozy atmosphere in the apartment and the street. All in all, a really nice apartment to stay for a weekend in Antwerp!
