Nice place to stay, especially the small living room. Rooms are clean and well appointed. There's only one toilet and it's on the ground floor, too bad... The stairs are steep but that won't stop us from renting again. Great location and Lina is discreet but available if needed. Recommended.

We had a great time with the family in Celine and Christophe's house. A typical and tastefully appointed house, with everything you need! The cat in the house was very welcoming, our child (1 year old) was overjoyed. Only prerequisite: don't be afraid of stairs.

The reception was warm. Assunta and Jose immediately switched to English. We had a chat at the kitchen table. The place was comfortable and clean. And perfectly located for an evening to Vorst National. It really felt like we were staying with our uncle and aunt in the attic room. I would definitely recommend them

Beautiful house with a real soul! It's a real inhabited house and not just an impersonal rental. And what a ceiling height! Plenty of space and all this 3 tram stops from the heart of Brussels. We were able to park nearby at a very reasonable price thanks to Peter. We only stayed one night so too short to enjoy everything (the sauna in particular) but enough to test the giant screen! The stairs between the 2 floors are shared with tenants above but we absolutely did not see them, except to welcome us when we arrived which was perfect! In short, we only stayed one night but it was perfect!

We were greeted in a very tidy and clean house, well equipped to accommodate 7 people. The house is in a quiet area and close to the metro station. A good fresh beer was waiting for us in the fridge, a nice thought of hospitality. If you have a car, parking in front of the house after 2 hours is paid. The wooden staircase that leads to the beautiful and cozy rooms is a little creaky when you go down x the bathroom at night... if we return to Brussels we will definitely consider returning to the same house.

The house is great, located in a fairly quiet neighborhood or at least what we live in. You have two tram stops nearby that are the ones you will need to move, especially line 55 and they pass very often. Snor is a very quiet cat, just looking for some pampering from time to time and little more. When we rented the house I had pictures with different bed distribution to what was then but this change was better because we had more room for everyone and more comfort, so we thank the host for this change, since being a large group came well. Also thankful that there was communication with the host at all times and responded quickly.

Charming family home, bright, spacious and ideal for our family of five. It is located in a quiet area and close to the forest of Soignes (we even saw a fox in the garden). We were able to quickly get out of Brussels by the ring to visit our family and friends in the area but also go for a walk in the center of Brussels in the evening and do some shopping on foot in the area. Marie was very responsive and friendly and did us a favor by sending us back an item that we had forgotten when we left.

What about Marjo's house is really very nice, you immediately feel at home, it has a nicedecor and a nice atmosphere, and it is finished in every detail, the kitchen is very comfortable and pleasant. Everything is very clean and in a great position. We had a great time and I hope to be back very soon!

Marie's accommodation is fantastic: in the heart of Ixelles, we found a house that was even nicer than the photos. Spacious, clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you could want. Perfect for large groups (8-10 people). We had a memorable New Year's Eve. Communication was impeccable and although Marie did not greet us personally, it was as if we had met her. She allowed us to leave our luggage in the house before check-in time during the cleaning. We are very happy with our choice! Don't miss this opportunity :)

Hallo everyone, We had spent a great vacation in this house, close to the market (Rewe & Aldi and also Carrefour not far) for shopping, and also very close to the city of Waterloo, also the capital Brussels, from there we traveled to Luxembourg. The house is very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the children enjoyed the gym and the football table game. The garden is very nice to sit in the evening or morning with cup of coffee. The owner is very friendly responds to inquiries quickly. All in All, its advisable to stay in this house. The area of it is very safe and quite. Also beside the house you can park 2 cars easily.

Sanne's place is very spacious and clean. very well equipped kitchen, some spices, olive oil, sugar available. extra blankets available. Sanne responded very quickly ro any messages. Sanne's place is in a small town, some shops within walking distance. Bigger towns/cities about 45min -1h drive, about double the time by public transport. We had a great stay, thank you Sanne!

This was our second stay at Kim's place, I keep her address for my next visits to Belgium, I think it already says enough. Very comfortable house, clean, well located, quiet but close to everything. Large bedroom with comfortable bed, living room with large sofa, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, TV, wifi …………Kim is a very friendly woman, always available, very good contact. I would recommend it 100%
