We stay here 7night on Dec. This area is very safety and convenient. This apartment is so warm by heater in winter Paris. David did so kind and flexible. He told me good restaurant and cafe. And he ajusted our checkin time and checkout time flexibly. I want to stay again.

Great place to stay, very safe and quiet. Top location with many sightseeings around. Appartments was very clean and set right mood for trip right from the start. Host is very friendly and always ready to help, gave nice advices on what places to visit. Would be happy to stay again, place is really worth it's price! Thank you!

The host Jay is very easy to communicate with and always responds to our requests quickly. He also allowed us to leaving our luggage’s at the apartment before check in and after check out, that relieved us a lot. Thank you for Blanco’s help for smoothly checking in. The apartment is spacious and beautiful decorated. Perfect location for sightseeing on foot, metro is just opposite the road. A bit noise when the garbage truck working in early morning. But overall , with the nice host and ideal location , it is a great experience ! Thank you for hosting us!

Sophie was an excellent host, leaving me very much at ease and communicating more clearly as possible, as I do not speak French or English so she put a lot of effort, showed the amenities of the house, beautiful and left regrets, such as water , snacks , it was amazing my stay 😍🙏

Christophe's home is very central for access to all attractions, the metro is extremely close. Given the central location of the area, we couldn't but be surprised with how quiet it was after 11pm. we really enjoyed our holiday and we would certainly like to return in the future.

We were very happy to stay at this room.The room were really nice,cozy and there was not a single thing we had to worry about. Staying at the room was very comfortable, the access to any attractions was good, there were plenty of supermarkets and great restaurants and bakeries, and our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Had the BEST stay here with my family. Small but perfect since we didn’t spend much time there. Alberto was super helpful and responsive before and during the trip! The surrounding area is safe and has amazing spots to go to. Lots of easy access to everywhere you need to go in Paris! Would absolutely come back.

I stayed for a month at Elodie’s apartment. She stocked the refrigerator with my favorites before I arrived. I totally enjoyed my stay as it is a block away from 2 metros, several eating spots and a Gifu across the street. The views every morning were just spectacular as was the night view of Sacre Cour turned green for StPatricks Day! Elodie is special and very kind. I loved my stay in Paris and I loved Elodies place.

incredible three bedroom apartment in the 10th. located well to multiple metro stops and a ton of great restaurants, bars, and bakeries. we would absolutely stay here again

Dominique's place was lovely, very charming and traditional. She was an amazing host, sending guides and lots of suggestions. Really great transport links around the apartment - its easy to get around Paris from there and also a quick walk up to Montmartre. There is a really nice bakery right across the road for pastries and coffee in the morning and a small supermarket a minutes walk away that has most things you need. As other people have said there is some street noise from the bars on the street but this was really only noticeable on saturday night and wasnt so bad. (we stayed from Tuesday to Monday so experienced what it s like most nights) As there are two bath rooms we had assumed that there would be two toilets but there was only 1 which was separate from the two bathrooms. As we were two families this was a little cosy :) was fine for us in the end and still nice to have the separate bathrooms but some people might be more sensitive. We would definitely stay again.

Beatrice and Pia were wonderful hosts. The house was perfectly equipped for a family trip to Versailles. The house is centrally located and a picturesque cottage with a gorgeous fenced garden and private parking spot. Visitors should know that the alleyway the house is on is very narrow and can be difficult to navigate with larger vehicles, but that lends to the old French charm.

Salina and her house are alike, sweet, welcoming and warm. We had a very pleasant week in this house, a great base for the tourists that we were, returning in the evening to this place to relax is an undeniable asset. The entire decoration of the house is like a small museum, all the necessary amenities are available, including for babies. The neighborhood is quiet for the Paris region and several shops are within walking distance. Salina is available and responsive by text, discreet and showing a lot of understanding as a host. The three of us had a very nice time, at Frederique's place in Chaville. Very fast train connection to Paris, nicely decorated house and close to nature. Definitely recommended

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

The apartment is really nice, furnished and equipped in a personal way. It just takes a little courage to climb the six floors, but for two people, a couple or a person with a child… it's ideal.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

Stéphanie is a cool, very pleasant host who hosted us very well. The apartment is true to the descriptions with unlimited pool access! located at the end of a short street, the apartment is quiet with access to metro 2 a stone's throw away. clean, functional and secure apartment. i recommend ++++ Thank you, Stephanie

Our stay at Stephanie’s was absolute magic. The apartment is extremely beautiful and homey at the same time, and it was just a pleasure spend time in it. Worth nothing is that it was spotless clean. Stephanie was the most wonderful host, always responsive, very helpful and friendly and most of all thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We traveled with 2 young kids and Stephanie suggested an abundance of fun activities and kid-friendly places to eat. She put a lot of thought in her suggestions and I have to say that all her recommendations were great! It was truly a special visit and I cannot recommend this stay highly enough- it was perfect!
