Lovely views and excellent communication with host!

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

We were so lucky Antonella's place was available when we needed to move from the house we'd originally booked a year in advance. We felt at home immediately, the whole property is absolutely gorgeous and felt very secure with remote-controlled gates at the beginning of the long drive. We don't usually like to share a pool on holidays but we were very lucky and had the enormous pool to ourselves for the last 5 days. The house is a perfect size for four with a nice covered patio. Antonella is a very welcoming and charming host and her lovely dog and two cats were a bonus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in Ponte a Bozzone and would recommend this holiday home to anyone!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is well maintained and exactly as per the description provided. Giovanna and her family are highly responsive and responded instantly to any queries we had. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to the Toscana to stay at this wonderful house.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Everything is great, great place to stay with a small wellness area. We felt very comfortable!

Our stay in Giovanni and family’s wonderful apartment was amazing. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a week stay. The garden was a lovely private space and we enjoyed the lush communal swimming pool. We loved the area and the recommendations of the hosts (such as pizzas at La Pergola and the town of Pienza and nearby villages). Worth also checking out for future visitors are Dulcisinfundo (restaurant), Dalet Centro IllustroLibreria (bookshop) and superb live classical music in San Gimigniano (tickets via tourist office). For a vegan treat you can try I Pini next to San Gimigniano. We hope to be back!

We stayed three families in the house, a total of 14 people, and we had a very nice and relaxing week. The house has two well-equipped kitchens that we could use when we had the house to ourselves. There's also a large hall with pool table on the ground floor. The garden is relatively large and well kept with good parking facilities. There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and sofa and table under umbrella if you prefer the shade. The owner who stayed in a nearby house greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. She also had tips on activities and beaches in the nearby. Communication with Alessandro was excellent. Quick and good responses to our questions. Everything worked very well during our stay. The only minus is that the house is a little secluded and it takes you to have a car if you are going to get somewhere.

Luana's house is renovated with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is very spacious and very pleasant to live in for 6 people. In the garden you will find many ways to sit out at tables and eat out. The pool is very well maintained, we used it often! In the village there is a very nice little grocery store where you can buy everything you need. There is also a small restaurant that we have used and can recommend with enthusiasm, especially the noodle dishes and the Tagliata, a kind of roast beef.

Benedetta's place is a studio apartment located inside the park's farm. The house has a very nice outdoor area that is directly in the park. The sea is accessed through a staircase inside the park, so it's very comfortable! Quiet place with a condominium pool always clean, where there is always Arianna, a pleasant and helpful person. Benedetta is a kind person who responds to every need. We stayed for 15 days with a small child and our little dog who had a great time! We had a good time! Thank you Benedetta. To improve the appearance of cleaning, but otherwise everything is great!

We had a wonderful time at the accommodation. There is everything your heart desires here. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and the garden, animals and olive groves harmonize to create a perfect vacation experience! We received a warm welcome and were given great recommendations for the surrounding area. We would love to come back! 10/10

We loved our stay here. It took us a couple of attempts to find it - but we were driving in pouring rain and fog (which was actually very picturesque!). Liza’s instructions were very clear and she was patient and helpful with me as I navigated our way there. The space was lovely - my daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed and the configuration of the living room meant that it became a separate bedroom for her which she loved. Nearby Castellina in Chianti is an absolute delight of a town - just a few minutes away - and another 30 or so minutes further and you have all the jewels of the Tuscan region within easy reach. Staying in Samuele's apartment was a great experience. Not only is the house itself very spacious, with a large living room, balcony, two bathrooms and two showers, but also the residence in which it is located is easy to access, with several parking and quiet (beautiful pool!). Ideal for a vacation on the Island of Elba and feeling at home. Communication with Samuele was always very fast and clear. In a month of stay we didn't have any issues. If we return to Elba Island, this apartment will definitely be the first choice for us!

Belonging large on multiple levels with furnishings and spaces to comfortably accommodate more people. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a stay away from home. Very nice and relaxing outdoor space. Communication with Lucia was also great and smooth. Recommended!

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with mountain views is really great! A beautiful place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a little long and very tortuous, but this is often the case in Tuscany...

We stayed at Andrea and Alina's place for our honeymoon. The house is lovely and homely, the outside spaces are stunning with amazing views all around, and the pool is perfect for both cooling off and swimming. Plus Andrea and Alina were super kind and helpful. The house is situated in the heart of Tuscany ideal for visiting historic towns and cities, the coast and the countryside. Driving around the area is simply breathtaking with plenty of vineyards, restaurants and interesting areas dotted around to stop at. Volterra is a beautiful small walled city with lots of gorgeous restaurants some with incredible views. The centre is about a one mile walk from the house, but be warned, it's a big hill!! We loved our time at Podere le Pergole and Volterra, and were really sad to leave. It's a magical place. ❤️

La Selvolina is a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, but also the lovely pool. The house is nice, the kitchen very complete. Everything is available for a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, there was always a quick and very friendly response, which we experienced as very pleasant and welcome. La Selvolina is a wonderfully quiet place, about a 30 minute walk (up the mountain) or 5 minutes by car to Roccastrada. If you're lucky, you could see deer in the garden and hear the owls at night. It is advisable to have an SUV because the road is not paved.

Luana and her husband were amazing hosts. Even though they didn’t speak english we were still able to communicate well. The house and its surrpundings were very nice and everything was kept really clean. We would definetely go back!
