Hotel vacation rentals in Scandinavia

We stayed with Sebastian and Shirley for a short weekend (2 adults and a baby). A last minute booking was not an issue, just like a flexible check-in. The accommodation is conveniently furnished and was sufficient for us in terms of space. Also the use of the existing washing machine was great with a small child and both a baby cot and high chair and toys were provided. If you want to prepare yourself dishes, you should bring a few kitchen utensils such as oil, spices, etc., yourself for your stay. Otherwise, the apartment was well appointed and can be recommended by us.

Location was perfekt near the metro (tunnelbana) and beautiful jugend house area. Breakfast was exellent and all the service was helpful and kind. We would like to come here also next time when visiting Stockholm.

We only stayed one night but everything went well. Very simple place to stay but a break for the trip is great. The guys were super happy especially for the outside, a real paradise for children, they found various games beyond animals to see. Recommended

Amazing place, perfect for northern light hunting!! It is very well equipped, beautiful location and very clean and comfortable stay!!

We were very warmly welcomed by Agnes and Kai. The accommodation is very charming and the interior is tastefully decorated with things reminding of times of the past. Agnes was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed eating outside and it was very cozy to sleep in the house with the whole family. We enjoyed the place!

Very nice place! Friendly and peaceful with great common areas to relax in. They had blankets and games and puzzles for the porch area. Just note that you are a little out of town so if you don’t have a car you’ll need to walk 20 minutes for food. It’s a beautiful walk though!

I spent a short but very enjoyable stay here. I felt at home here, welcome. There's nothing missing.

it seems some reviews seen on internet sites of this lodge are from previous owners. check recent reviews. the room was very clean and comfortable. the entire setting on the Torneå was gorgeous. Max turned on the Sauna just for us every night. in August, there were few tourists, so it was quiet and private for us. we cooked for ourselves with all needed items, so I can't rate the restaurant.

I've been there twice. Everything is fine😁. This time it was very severe frost, and the battery ran out of our car. With this problem, the host helped us understand very quickly. Thank you very much!

Good and tidy room

The place is located in a great location, in the center and not far from the beach. Everything was clean and the room was well-equipped. Communication was fast. Recommended for families with small children. There's lots of fun for them (nice game room, indoor pool, outdoor playground).

Lovely place with friendly and helpful staff!

I was Evgeniy guest for around 1,5 weeks. It was nice, in the kitchen was everything that it needed, the bathroom was new, and the room was also like new. Easy communication with Evgeniy.

Wonderful house, perfect experience!

Very beautiful room and lovely surroundings. Quiet and peaceful. The breakfast served in the other building was great. Both we and our small dogs felt welcome and were kindly greeted everywhere. We would love to come back!

The property is very quiet and offers lots of space. The kitchen is very well equipped. We saw a lot of deer and even a moose in the garden which was very cool. There is a small supermarket in the area. Kersti was always available and responded quickly to messages.

Our expectations were far exceeded. Spacious lounge with everything you need - great in rainy weather! All sparkling clean!

We had a really lovely stay at this unique place, the city's oldest hotel with the theme “Actor Centralen”. Each room had its own theme from classic Danish films from the 1960s and we had a themed room over the Baronessen from the gas tank. Lykke was very welcoming and provided us with delicious breakfast. There was a shared bathroom and you ate in the common area that was cozy. There was a small kitchenette where you could make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and there was fresh fruit and snacks. Since it was Christmas time in Viborg, there were lots of coziness and activities in the city and many good restaurants. All in all, a great experience and a place we can definitely recommend to others to visit .

Bo has a great property located in beautiful surroundings. In addition, communication and check-in were unpatched. We can highly recommend a trip to Aarup!
