Access to snowmobile trail on site, X-country skiing, hiking, fishing, shopping, restaurants, state parks nearby. In summer and fall mushroom foraging is very productive. My husband and I had a very relaxing weekend away. The cabin was cozy, especially the beds and seating by the fireplace. Alecia made us feel welcome and comfortable with all the features of the house. She was very responsive and paid a lot of attention to detail. While visiting the cabin I was able to go for a long run (plenty of hills!) and eat at some delicious local restaurants. We look forward to an opportunity when we can come back.

New Modern Apartment - Woodstock Village on Mt Peg

Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! Thank you, Sam, for a great stay!

Clean and comfortable. Great host who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable and at home. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. This place has everything that I look for in an AirBnB stay. We hosted a get together for a dozen family members who live in the area. They were the reason for our trip. People gathered in small groups in the kitchen, living room, dining room and TV room. Plenty of room. It was like having company in my own home.

We had a great time in this beautiful home! The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days with our son. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a pleasure, I especially enjoyed the time we spent having great conversations in the lovely breakfast room. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the house stayed wonderfully warm and cozy throughout our stay. Erin’s place was terrific for our family of four. Such an easy trip to Stratton mountain. The house was a good size and it was nice to be able to use the kitchen for some dinners as to avoid long wait time at mountain restaurant. I would definitely book again!
