Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hainer, in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Doors open and the large and wrap-around wooden terrace becomes an outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to the evening drink at sunset without leaving the lake out of sight.

Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Very nice and modern furnished bungalow in a quiet location. Especially nice if you want to turn on the grill in the evening or sit by the campfire. You can be at the lake in minutes, which invites you to swim in good weather. The hosts were super friendly, responding immediately with questions. We'll be back.

We spent 5 days there with our 1 year old son. Everything was clean and fine. You felt very comfortable. Check-in was super easy and hassle-free. The swimming lake is a 3-minute walk away. My stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. It was a great pleasure meeting Viola, and hopefully I may stay again in the future. Very well located, close to shops, busses, the river and the town.
