cute little studio in a very quiet village. The equipment is well thought out, optimizing the space and beautifully decorated and clean. Ability to park nearby It may be missing the TV, but I admit that it's an opportunity to reconnect with nature and I had brought reading. A small communication concern on the day of my arrival but without consequences.

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

Séverine is a great host. The place was exactly what we wanted, a warm, cozy apartment, close to walks, and small shops. Séverine was always available when needed to make sure everything went smoothly, leaving us plenty of good places to stay. We recommend her place 100%, and we'll be happy to come back.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Annecy. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and Dominique was responsive to all our queries.

Great location in front of the lake and children's games. Wonderful view of the entire apartment over the mountains. I called when we arrived to find the building, the hosts were waiting for us outside. Super quiet and clean building, impeccable apartment. The only thing we missed was a scale and a cake pan but it's certain that like everything else if we had asked Karen we would have had it! Easy to park, cinema access, swimming pool, harbor on foot. Thank you for everything!

Laetitia’s place was beautiful! Great location and a very comfortable space. Laetitia was also quick to respond to questions and accommodating to early check in and late check out. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the lack of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We had to go out and buy more which was a bit frustrating but not a deal breaker. Other than that I’d highly recommend staying here!

We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful accommodation, cozy, clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped to accommodate a family with small children. The view is breathtaking between lake and mountain, a real postcard. it is a peaceful place but at the same time close to everything. We'll be back with pleasure!

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

I received myself very friendly via phone contact and immediately felt incredibly comfortable in Frédéric's apartment. The comfort of the sofa beds convinced me, I slept very pleasantly on it. The many different pillows also made the sofa even more cozy. The bathroom is small but nice and the kitchen is excellently equipped, starting with the pots, all the crockery and cutlery. I was very happy to use the raclette. However, the view from the living room and the cute, small balcony from which you have such a fantastic view of the lake was not to be exceeded. Even though some places around the lake were already temporarily closed at this time of year, there were plenty of options to eat in different price ranges and the bakeries to the left and right of the property I highly recommend. They have excellent products on offer. Parking right outside the door was very convenient. I'll be back!!!

Very beautiful quality of the accommodation Well thought out and very well-appointed accommodation. Kitchen is of very high quality and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and of high quality as well. The balcony is just exceptional, as is the view of Lac du Bourget.

Excellent stay: I recommend it! The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and pleasant. It had everything you needed (even a small welcome notebook). The view is splendid (it's great to be able to eat on the terrace with such a view!) and the apartment is very well located, close to everything in Aix. Jérôme and Caroline were very hospitable. In short, nothing to complain about, it was very good! thank you very much!

This was my second trip to Chamonix and our stay was great! The place is right on the river which allows for great sleep, and the location is perfect. It was immaculately clean and Lotta is a kind, friendly, and wonderful host who made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊
