Excellent stay, we give it a 20 out of 10, all the details of the house, the location and the road are excellent, Mario's dad treated us super well, keep in mind that there is no wifi and the cell phone signal is very bad at times but they do work, but in general we will go again

We had a family weekend and everything was perfect! Sidney was always attentive to any need, however the place is so complete, with easy access to the property, it is easy to enter the cabin, his instructions and directions are so clear that it is not necessary to "bother" Sidney! It is a charming cabin, as soon as you arrive you notice the love that was put into every detail, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful view, during your stay you breathe peace and calm! We would definitely go back a thousand times! We made precious memories in this beautiful space!

By far the coolest house we’ve stayed in! We loved all the cool rocks, both inside the home and down by the roaring river. The coffee machine was a great plus and the shower was amazing! We walked to Nando’s pizza restaurant and had a very yummy dinner. Robert and his wife were very friendly and provided lots of recommendations.

The Guesthouse was absolutely AMAZING!!! We had plenty of room for our family. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and more. The views are breathtaking. Every morning we would have coffee on the deck while listening to all the jungle sounds and watched the birds. Diana was the sweetest and most responsive host we have ever had! She welcomed us with a very cute welcome basket of goodies for our stay. She recommended some amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches and places to check out. Our son ended up not feeling well on the day we arrived, Diana was very helpful and while Matt was in town he picked up some electrolyte drinks for him. They are truly amazing people and even more amazing host! Our kids are already asking when will we be going back. The kid especially LOVED the pool and the card games that were in the house for us to use! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you guys very much! Pura Vida!

Secluded Rustic Mountain Cabin on 7.5 Acres

Augusto's mountain cabin was so peaceful and exactly what we were looking for! The cabin is very cozy and the views from the deck were spectacular. They had plenty of firewood waiting for us, and messaged us the second day to see if we needed more. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove and it did help to warm up the house when it got cold at night. We went for a hike on the trail just meters from the house, and enjoyed the quaint mountain neighborhood and seeing the farm animals. Augusto was very friendly and responsive, and went out of his way to communicate and offer both early check in and late check out, which we really appreciated. On a side note, the neighbor and caretaker Mau and his family were very friendly and were totally available for any help we might have needed. I would definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing mountain getaway!

Great place to stay, be aware that in May there are very large beetles, they appear to be harmless but there were a lot of them. It was chilly which was a nice break from the heat and beautiful views. We were glad for the fireplace which was fully stocked and the hot shower.
