It was great visiting at Mindtree. Just felt like home basic all requirements were available everyday cleaning was there. Only thing that bother us and my dog was firecrackers. We chose this place just to keep my dog and ourself away firecrackers sound as my dog is allergic for the same. Still loud noise of firecrackers disturb us and my dog early morning and in night time..

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The environment was clean and serene, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sound of birds chirping. The house and pool were well-maintained, and the kitchen was equipped with almost all necessary amenities. Although the gas stove was slightly faulty, two burners worked efficiently. The availability of a washing machine and dishwasher added great convenience. However, we did encounter some issues with the housekeeping. Despite staying for four nights, the house was cleaned only after we personally called Akaash, following which the caretaker removed the garbage. The major challenge we faced was with the caretakers. Despite multiple requests to arrange firewood for the bonfire, they ignored our requests. Additionally, the caretaker couple came across as somewhat arrogant and loud, which affected our experience. Apart from these concerns, everything else was superb. Akaash was very helpful, guiding us well and promptly responding. WBBA

It's a great place, hospitable host, excellent homemade gujrati food. Elderly couple are always ready to help. They will give you a feeling that you are a family relations or the closest friend. We were overwhelmed by their warmth. The bungalow is very spacious with a beautiful garden & jhula.. First floor has two bedrooms. One bathroom has toilet only. That's little inconvenient. Ground floor has one small bedroom, very spacious living room cum kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, curd, dry fruits and Gujarati snacks for guest consumption. Ground floor also has one toilet cum bathroom with WC.. Host stays nearby and personally take care every need. Just two points I want to raise, The staircase has one way 15 steps with Granada floor. It has no side rail. senior citizen and children should be careful. If you are travelling with your driver, you have to share GF toilet with the driver! There is no toilet in the building. I will definitely visit again

We had a wonderful stay without any problem. place was peaceful and clean. owner of the property Mr. Ashwin was very cooperative and responsive. we definitely felt like second home. we got our privacy and neighbourhood was also friendly. we will definitely visit this place again in the future and highly recommend to stay at this place which is free from outer noise and city pollution.

The villa is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for families or groups. However, it would be great if guests who agree to adjust could stay together. Adding an LED TV or projector, an actual fan in the hall, and a reliable WiFi connection would significantly enhance the experience. All other facilities were excellent, and creating a common club area for guests to socialize would be a great addition. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The stay was so lovely. I’m almost saddened that it was only for a day that I could stay with Kuldip and his lovely family. His wife was so sweet and her food was lovely ! They took time to sit and chat with us . Even gave us lots of local recommendations . Definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore Kutch !
