Hunter Mountain Retreat nestled in the Trailside complex is steps from the slopes. During the ski season, you can walk through parking lot & ski down to get your lift ticket. The Kaatskill Mountain Club is on the opposite side of the trails where you can go for dinner or a drink at the bar. Activities include Zipline, Skyride, Disc Golf, Horseback Riding. Trailside is by far the best & most luxurious place to stay in Hunter. Our rates are very reasonable for the luxury & location.

We recently stayed at Peters's house for a ski trip. The house is very clean, well organized and very cute. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Peter was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this home for a family of 4-6.

Perfect getaway with the family (even the 2 teens didn’t complain!). Beautiful surroundings, easy to get to many things! We got there late Friday evening and had dinner 2 minutes down the road at the Emerson Inn restaurant. Back the house loved the pellet stove and coziness! The am meant bread alone (awesome bakery) 8 minute drive down the road. Spend some time exploring the area and found a brewery nearby. Easy to drive to Woodstock! Great house, great location would def go back. Only regret is we didn’t use the hot tub as we were too lazy to venture off the back deck.

Anne is an amazing host and this townhouse is fabulous. Perfect for a mountain stay. Comfortable, spacious, great view of the mountain, clean, modern yet cozy. Very convenient to everything in the area. I cannot say enough about it, but having such a great host was the cherry on top, especially since we were there for an extended period!! You cannot go wrong!

We had a great 3 week stay! The cabin was comfortable, clean, cozy, welcoming, and well equipped! The perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the views! Giuseppina was very responsive and helpful with anything that came up! Highly recommend staying at Giuseppina’s Cabin!

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is beautifully designed and extremely clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable, and the playroom for the toddlers was an amazing addition to the experience. Judy was very responsive and considerate of all of our needs. We would love to come back for another stay!
