In reality villas present themselves a lot prettier than in photos on website. The area and surroundings are beautiful, calm and quite. Place is perfect as exit basis for exploring and sightseeing Tuscany. Rooms and beds are adequately big and clean. Kitchen and utensils are in sufficient quantity. Pool is clean, water warm. There’s no need for a battle for lawn chairs. Jacopo is very helpfull, communicative, serves his help everyday. The place is worthy of recommendation. We spent our holiday time comfortably in quaint area. All the best!

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

First let's talk about the house, a spacious house on two floors with beautiful wood/stone architecture. A perfect garden to relax with a hammock, deckchair and of course the jaccuzi, a peaceful oasis if you want to have a beautiful landscape and tranquility with bird song. In addition, I would like to thank Senta for being there for us, for answering all our questions. This is an extremely caring person. Finally, thanks to Lorenzo whom we were able to meet and who made himself available very quickly when we needed him. He did not speak English very well which gave a funny situation because we speak very little Italian, but actions count more than words. Thanks Senta and Lorenzo. We'll be back!!! Amazing place Our only regret is that we didn't stay loner

Beautifully spacious house. Nicely decorated. Warm in winter due to heating and wood stove. Only the kitchen inventory still needs some attention😉. The area is beautiful and super quiet. Lovely terraces. And many interesting excursions in the area possible. Great to walk to the high town (over half an hour).

We stayed here for 4 weeks and it really felt like home. The house is wonderful, kitchen has everything you need for cooking in, bedrooms are comfortable, small laundry room, and you can tell the house has been really well cared for. The outdoor area is spacious and private. We were there in Autumn so the hot tub was open, really beautiful at night. The front yard overlooks the lake, beautiful views everywhere you look. Finally, the house is just 5 minutes from lovely Paciano and only 20 from several other larger towns, and you don’t need to go far to find great food and things to do.

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

This is a semi-detached, new villa, furnished in a modern and functional way. The winter heating is independent and heats very well. The kitchen is large, clean, equipped and functional, although there is no dishwasher. There are dishes of all kinds, much more than you need. The outdoor patio and garden are furnished with a relaxation area, sun loungers, hammock, dining area, large umbrella and even a large barbecue. Unfortunately, we were there in winter and did not enjoy all this, but during the summer I imagine it is a very pleasant space. Bathrooms are clean and functional, with lockers for storing personal items. The beds are quite comfortable, although we would have liked an extra pillow. The host was friendly and provided all the information to make the most of the house and its surroundings. I definitely recommend this cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s place with friends and family. The place is as pictured and Caroline was so helpful with recommendations for things to do and day trips. She also graciously agreed to keep the pool open a few weeks longer than normal so our kids could enjoy it. The surroundings are beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. We would definitely consider Caroline’s place again if we go to Tuscany.

We visited with a group of four adults and a 15 month old and had the best stay at this farmhouse! The home is decorated in the typical Tuscan style and is so beautiful. There were four spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms which gave our group lots of space and privacy. The living room and kitchen were perfect gathering spaces filled with natural light. We cooked a few meals while we were there and the kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. The best part of this home was the surrounding views of the Siena hills! We spent every day walking around and admiring the extraordinary views here. As a bonus, there was a hot tub! The perfect end to a day spent walking around the hill towns of Tuscany. The owners of the property were there whenever we needed them and were very gracious and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed all aspects of this house and would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Antonio and his wife were very welcoming and warm and flexible on our arrival time. This place is pristine with a view of the lake and a beautiful terrace on top floor , also in the warm season plenty of room for outdoor dinner and bbq. We had a great time with my family. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with all necessary amenities.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

The extended family stayed at Deborah's place over Easter 2025. 7 adults and 2 babies. The villa is very nice - located in the beautiful Monticchiello, still very private. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and the ensuite rooms are very nice with three of them having amazing views. Deborah was always very responsive and helped us with various things. Breakfast was served in her nice little restaurant just around the corner which was very convenient. Eggs, bread, yogurt and coffee. We were really happy with everything - the house, the location and peaceful environment and the communication with our host. It's tricky to drive in Monticchiello so think twice if you were planning on driving big cars there. But small and medium sized ones are fine if you are careful.

We rented Jacopo’s place with 17 people for anniversary and had an outstanding time! He stopped by frequently to check on us and give local recommendations. The villa is amazing. So good we were considering buying it!

Thiagos place is very quiet while still in walking distance to town center. We are gravel cyclists and it was the perfect place to start and finish some of the best gravel roads in the tuscany. Little shop with cafe is very close and came in handy. Thiago also has another house near pienza which we stayed at for one night. It is amazing too. Thanks Thiago for the amazing hospitality.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely incredible! The property (villa, surrounding grounds and the pool area) and the view were beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. it is exactly what you envision when thinking of a Tuscan villa. The house is large and clean, and it easily accommodated five adults with lots of extra room. The location is also very convenient, being close to a large grocery store and to the A1 highway. There are many restaurants and wineries nearby as well. Marco was a fantastic host who was very communicative and responsive. His parents (Ario and Santina), who live nearby, were lovely and friendly, while also giving us our space and privacy. Thank you very much Marco, Ario and Santina!!! We were sad to leave your beautiful villa and hope to be back soon!!

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. The house is very nice and rhuig located, in very good condition and top furnished. You definitely need a car because shops, restaurants and cafes are a little further away. Despite mixed weather conditions we had a very nice stay. The beautiful days we were hiking, cycling in the Maremma or swimming by the sea. The nearby Daniel Spöri Museum is also highly recommended. In case of rain, we cooked extensively in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the good DVD music and film selection by fireplace. All around for us (5) a perfect getaway.

Unforgettable experience at this beautiful property. Each of us 12 of us enjoyed maximum comfort and relaxation. Spacious and cozy rooms, well furnished common areas, fully equipped kitchen, garden and outdoor terraces from which the view is breathtaking. A fascinating place! We absolutely recommend it to all those who love tranquility and want to visit the most beautiful villages and cities of Umbria and Tuscany.

We had a great stay. The house and garden is bigger in reality than the pictures. It’s a traditional house and interior but very clean. The pool is really big and well maintained. Beautiful and quiet neighboorhood near siena. You do need a car to get around. As a small downside, the bed , pillow and sheets could have been a little more comfortable. We really enjoyed our one week family holiday staying in this villa. The house, garden and pool are as described and absolutely gorgeous! The weather was extremely hot so we particularly appreciated the beautiful pool as well as the possibility to eat outside in the well shaded area overlooking the pool. Also, there is a plentiful supply of tableware for outdoor use which is very practical. The location was ideal for visiting destinations such as Assisi and Montepulciano, but it was also great just taking it easy and enjoying the garden, pool and views. The villa is 10 mins by car from CDL although the last part is on unmade roads which can be quite bumpy. We found Google Maps worked best for navigating to/from the villa but led us astray on occasions - Beware! Alessandra was a great host. She was there to welcome us on arrival and explain everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay she was very responsive to our questions and recommendation requests. We recommend this villa!
