Vacation rentals with beach access in Sattahip District

This is a great apartment in a well known building with a huge pool and gym, the building is not busy so often you have the facilities to yourself and the gym is better than average for a condo with a smith machine and cables. The beach is right on your doorstep, you only have to cross the road! in addition there are bars, restaurants, massage and coffeeshops all withing walking distance. There is also a large 7/11 and a selection of street food vendors outside making life very convenient. The best thing for me was the spectacular view from the apartment and you will thank yourself for booking every time you open the curtains, it's very relaxing to sit at the balcony and enjoy the view in the evening. The owner is a kind and trustworthy person who helped me straight away when needed. I recommend to stay here if you are looking in Jomtien and I hope to visit again sometime.

Must stay place ! It’s like a heaven

Very comfortable room, I like the bed very much, hahaha. The sun can shine on the bed in the morning if you want , and there is a breeze blowing into the room in the morning. If the bathroom drains slowly, you can talk to the landlord, it is easy to fix.

The place looks just like the pictures. While it's a bit far from the main beach road, calling a taxi or renting a motorbike makes it worth the price. Although the host responds a bit slowly to messages, overall, it was a good experience.

I enjoyed staying at Jeenie’s place. She’s really helpful host! Her place is very peaceful and relaxing!

This is one of the best AirBnB places I have ever stayed at. It was super easy to communicate with the host. All of the materials in the house were of high quality and even the beds were super good to sleep in. The pool and air hockey table was such a fun experience and we were able to sing Karaoke easily too. Looking forward to staying at this place again.

For staying just out of the busy areas it’s a good compromise. Transport required. Kind helpful host with a comfortable villa and pool.

Good for relax and small party

It’s the great clean apartment in the good condominium. The apartment has all required items. Very friendly owner. Owner chatted with us about our all questions. Great stay the place is small but comfortable and cozy. I loved it here the bathroom was great and the lighting was perfect! The host responds very quick and is very nice and helpful .. the location is nice I liked everything about this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay there during new year and had the perfect view of the all fireworks. The facilities are good and you have a amazing view of the gulf of Thailand inclusive of the sunset!

We stayed at the Tawan's Place for 2N/3D and the house was awesome. Simple house. We requested him to pick us from Bangkok Airport and drop us at his location in Pattaya. He took minimal amount and drop us. Few works need to be done at his home as his flat is pretty old flat with decent atmosphere. HE make sure everything works for us. His flat has a ocean view which is very lovely & charming. But his flat is quite far from the Centre of Pattaya. So we recommend this only for those who can travel 20-30 min either by cab/ rental bike. This is absolutely a diff experience. This Apt have swimming pool which is quite big and solid depth. Also it has a pvt beach access. Tawan is always responsive and innocent man. He is a good friend and I strongly recommend this house to everyone( for those distance doesn't matter) Thank you Tawan for helping us when ever we require. God bless you for your kind gesture.

The complex was great, with one of the biggest pools we’ve ever seen and a lovely pavilion with hot baths. The water slides were fun for both kids and adults. You can access the beach through the second part of the complex, which has cafés and places to rent water sports equipment. It’s a family-friendly spot, and buying water on the ground floor saves you from carrying it from 7-Eleven. The apartment was in excellent condition—super clean, beautifully decorated, with lovely furniture. The windows overlooked a quiet road and empty fields with stray dogs, so you might hear some noise from them in the evenings, but it wasn’t too bothersome. The only downside was the lack of a map of the complex, so you’ll need to explore to find the beach, pool, gym, game room, and coworking spaces. The area around the condo is quiet, but a taxi to Jomtien Beach costs 100-150 THB and takes 20-30 minutes. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay.

I have already waxed lyrical with high praise for Sunhajutha's listing after a previous stay. Her place is right up there with the best I have stayed in. Certainly the best on this trip where I stayed in half a dozen Airbnb's throughout Europe. Add to the detailed attention of what's in her condo the pool and Gym as well as friendly staff and it is a heavenly delight! Well done Sunhajutha!

The host is so kind,so helpful & always available We stay about 3 nights & our water tank finished,he quickly replaced water tank with in 10 mins Swimming pool is on the 8th floor,the view is breathtaking from there,we enjoy a lot & get relaxed over there I highly recommend this place 👍🏻
