The check in and out went very smoothly as she is very flexible and responsive. The flat is well located and furnished with all the amenities needed. The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

Charming and authentic accommodation with large terrace. Finally, not a sober rental apartment, but as if you were staying with a dear aunt - flower towels, succulents on the terrace and fully equipped kitchen included <3 There is also free parking in front of the house. And beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

I stayed with my family for 2 weeks in Serena's apartment. What can I say... EVERYTHING IS PERFECT and attention to detail. The house is well cared for and cozy. The outdoor spaces are extremely comfortable, especially with children. The location of the house is very convenient as it is close to the port of Olbia but at the same time close to many popular beaches near San Teodoro. We will definitely be back!!! 💪🏻

The house is well located, a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to the necessary services, for example a minimarket, a bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get there by bus with a change in Siniscola, La Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, are reachable by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is nice, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the ad. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and helpful with directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!
