I had a wonderful stay here! The one-bedroom space is cozy and well-equipped, with a mini kitchen that includes a microwave, kettle, and all the essentials. The bathroom was clean, and having a balcony to relax on was a nice bonus. Its location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to Dmellos supermarket, a wine shop, and a pharmacy. There are plenty of great eateries nearby, so dining out was always convenient. It was also easy to get around, with plenty of cabs available. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive to all our questions, making our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for a beachside getaway!

We had an incredible week there, we found it a wonderful place to relax. I would recommend a scooter to easily whip around to the beaches. The team were so responsive and proactive, we greatly appreciated all their help. The room was very cosy and full of life. Thanks for a great stay.

good place in south goa, walkable to extremely clean and less crowded beach. restaurants near by are good. uncle and aunty is of very good nature.

Stay was very comfortable and beach acess is real X factor to the location. Some great local reasturants and cafes is nearby . The place is right for persons want to have personal time with family and peace . Real South Goa vibe are there...many other beaches like benaulim , varca, cavelosim is bearby acess and many options are available for night life also. we are looking forward to have our vaccation in goa next year with same stay.🙂 Thanks Garvit to manage things which makes it rdally worthy for the guests .

Eric’s place is absolutely lovely. It’s nestled in a quiet society perfect for families or groups looking for a chilled holiday. The house itself is huge, clean and has all working amenities required. The bedrooms are large and all have working AC units. Eric was very responsive and even let us check in earlier as our flight landed 7 hours before our check in time saving us a lot of hassle. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome stay for a family vacation with all facilities nearby, caretaker was helpful, very well maintained bungalow, Kitchen is equipped with needed utensils and hot water running through solar. Pool timing could be better.

We stayed at the Villa for 4 nights and it was amazing. Definitely looking forward to staying at this place again. Pros: 1. The place is amazing, very clean and beautifully decorated, everything was perfect and placed in a very serene locality. 2. Restaurants and other required amenities are at a walking distance. 3. Diksha was responsive and helped us throughout our stay. The service was top notch, no complaints. If you need anything at any time of the day, there is always someone available to help. 4. Food service is available at the Villa and the taste is amazing. 5. Bonus (for caffeine lovers), you can visit a small cafe almost walking distance from the villa, he serves super amazing tea and coffee. Thank you Diksha and Team for an amazing stay. Had an amazing stay at this place in Goa! The location is fantastic—peaceful and just a short 200m walk to the beach. The host was great, providing clear instructions for check-in and making everything hassle-free. The highlight was the beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!
