Amazing beach house

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

In one word, PERFECTION. Even nicer and better than we expected. Location is TOP. Plenty of shade during the day. Getting into the water is just great, water divine. In the evening on the beautiful terrace, you hear nothing but the rustling of the waves literally falling into the house and you also hear the pebbles exchanging their cities with each other. Peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and still close to grocery stores, taverns and establishments. Locals super friendly. One word PARADISE in short. We couldn't see the view from the terrace to the Aegean sea enough. We rested our body and soul. We made it a long way, but it was worth it. We will definitely come again....

The apartment is spacious and well designed. We appreciated the availability for an early check in. The location is ideal if you want to visit several beaches on both sides of Sithonia. There is Tallata camping beach at about 140 m and Kalamitsi beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is pretty well equipped.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We spent almost three weeks in Anna's house as a family and enjoyed every single day to the fullest. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious balcony terrace with fantastic sea views, which seamlessly integrates into the living area thanks to a completely open sliding glass door. The location right on the quiet, almost private beach was another highlight for us. To get to the beach, you leave the house on the entrance side and then walk just a few steps around the house, as the balcony terrace is on the upper floor and thus does not have direct access to the beach. We really appreciated the absolute tranquility on site; nothing was heard from the nearby main road. Also the entire complex and surroundings are extremely well maintained and impeccably clean. Communication with Anna went smoothly; she was always available and helpful. Overall, our stay was extremely relaxing and successful. Absolutely recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at Eva’s place - it’s really close to the beach and to all the nice places to grab a bite in Toroni (and Eva gave recommendations!). The place is peaceful and has a big porch with a place for leisure with a garden, which is also really nice. Eva and her family were all really nice and helpful and the stay overall was great. Recommend it for a quiet calm getaway with the option to go to great beaches nearby!

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

Very good location, just 3 minutes to the beach on foot. The apartment has Air conditioning and there were no mosquitoes. I didn't realise form the pictures, but the apartment has 2 bedrooms that are very similar. Outside of the kitchen it has a shaded garden with 2 tables and chairs and a little tree. The garden is private in front of the apartment, but it's a duplex and the garden (yard) is shared with the other apartment, but you can close the yard door if you have a dog or little children. Aikaterini is a great host, very responsive and understanding, he accepted our date change request. We had a pleasant stay and recommend the placez especially due to being so close to the beach and a good bakery.
