Idyllic cabin/house in Ullerøy

This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The place is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. A total of 8 sleeping places are within walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Possibility of charging an electric car.

Great cabin near the sea. Very child friendly plot.

Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

Downtown rich house with a great view

Bring the whole family to large downtown house with 3 bedrooms (beds 180/160 and 140 width) with 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The home is 170 m2 on two floors. Good hiking opportunities nearby, good parking conditions with garage. Great view with large porch with day and evening sun. Only 1 km to the convenience store as well as under 2 km to the center of the city center Proximity to forest and marked light rail right outside the door. 3 bikes at your disposal if desired. Nyoppusset, fin leilighet nær sjøen og gangavstand til barnevennlig strand. Gode turmuligheter. Kort vei til Svinesund/ Norby (20 min), Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad og Halden sentrum. "Hytteområde" med marinaer, campingplasser, fiskebrygge, restauranter, ridesenter, kiosk mv. i umiddelbar nærhet. 12 minutter til badeland og Inspiria center på Grålum. Klatrepark, lekeland 20 min. Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Nice house close to the sea

Nice cozy cottage/ house close to a small beach/dock not far from the door. Have a nice walk in the near by forest, or follow the coastal path that goes through the property. Newly refurbished bathroom with underfloor heating, large terrace and garden with trampoline. The property is located a short distance to Halden and Fredriksten fortress, Old Town Fredrikstad, Nordby shopping center and Strømstad (Sweden), Climbing on the border, Inspira adventure center and Østfoldbadet water park.

Cozy 1st floor apartment in a semi-detached house. The apartment has one bedroom with room for three. There is a sofa bed in the living room where there is sleeping space for two. Short distance to Old Town with free ferry ride of about 7 minutes to the city center. Has 3 bicycles for lending. Nice hiking areas, light trail, glommastien, Kongstenbadet, golf course, 10 minutes from E6, 30 minutes to Svinesund, just over an hour to Oslo. Great public transit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Huset ligger ved idylliske Skjærviken i Fredrikstad, med nærhet til sjø og byliv. Buss går sentralt like ved huset og svenske grensen er en liten kjøre tur unna. Vispen ligger rett ved, en populær badestrand med kiosk, utleie av kano/kajakk og diverse. Det er sjøutsikt med veranda og hyggelige naboer rundt huset. Stor plen og hage for et slag kubbspill.

Koselig leilighet i et stort hus, med direkte nærhet til sjøen og fantastiske turområder. Huset ligger ved idylliske Skjærviken i Fredrikstad, med nærhet til sjø og byliv. Buss går sentralt like ved huset til Fredrikstad og svenske grensen er kun en liten kjøre tur unna. Kort vei til E6. Stor plen og hage er det også. Vi, en familie på fire bor i øvre etasjen. Cottage by the lake

The cabin is peacefully located by the sea with a beach, and a swab . There are also great hiking trails along the sea. Halden city is 25 min away, short distance to Sweden , and climbing park just nearby , and shop about 1 mile away. Svinesunsparken can also be played padel, but will have to book an appointment. Not rented out for young people or party. Peace on site
