Comfortable, cozy and homemade)

We had an amazing stay at this cozy and charming Airbnb! The space was clean, cute, and very well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short distance from both the beach and the park, making it ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. Soheil, the host, was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and flexible, which made the experience even better. I would absolutely book this place again—completely worth the stay!

If you plan to stay by the black sea in Georgia, Cottage Petra is one of the best choices. You can reach the beach within a 10-minute walk. Kohbuleti is nearby for restaurants etc. The cottage itself is super nice and comfortable, with all the comforts. You can cook well and eat on the balcony with beautiful views over the black sea. In the garden, you can also have a BBQ. The host and his family are very accommodating and kind. In short, a very unique and beautiful place.

We would like to express our gratitude to Maike and her husband Duka for their hospitality. We were greeted early in the morning at the airport and helped to reach the apartment, told us where the best beaches are to go, and what to try. We were constantly in touch and helped with all the issues that arose. We stayed with a group of four and were very satisfied. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. There are little shops, several pharmacies nearby. The big super market is a 10-15 minute walk away. We had no problem getting to the Old Batumi by almost any minibus for 0.5 gel (10 minutes drive) without any problems. Even though we were not very lucky with the weather, we had a wonderful vacation, in particular thanks to Maike and Duki. Thank you so much for the great stay!

First of all, the host's approach is very good and responds very quickly. With sea views in greenery, 20 minutes from the center of Batumi. It is not a very large house but ideal for 2 families without children. Outside the house, there is a playground such as pool, table tennis, etc., and we can benefit from it free of charge. If you want, you can barbecue on the terrace or in the garden. There is no parking problem. There was just no dish soap and soap in the house. They provided it when we asked. You can also buy cold drinks for a fee from the mini bar on the playground. Thank you Ilia :)

I liked everything, as we wrote in the reviews of others under the windows of the construction site, but we did not particularly bother. The apartment corresponds to the description, everything is new and clean.
