FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! Also can dock quickly can grab some lunch or anything you forgot on boat! Thanks Again Holly & some fisherman from Ohio

Words can not describe absolutely beautiful this home is. Everything was exactly as described and went above our expectation. Communication with the host was so easy and directions were clear. We needed nothing, because everything was provided. Plenty of pans, utensils dishes, towels along with everything else you could need. The home was charming, cosy and warm with a beautiful view of the river and beautifully appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this property a million times over. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

My stay at this cottage was fantastic! The serene surroundings provided the perfect escape from daily life. The cottage was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy fireplace. The outdoor patio was a great spot for morning coffee, and the Wi-Fi and entertainment options were excellent. The space was stylish and comfortable, with incredibly cozy beds. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything was spotless, and the linens were fresh. The host was responsive and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. If this location is available during the days you need it, stop looking. You struck gold and stay here before someone else takes your spot. Up and down the coast, you wont find a better spot for an AirBnB. So grateful to have stayed here for over 2 months and it was a flawless experience. I wish the owners all the success and thank you for taking care of our family while in Fort Gratiot!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was wonderfully decorated with a charming and cozy aesthetic, and it was impeccably clean throughout. The host was exceptionally friendly and always available to answer any questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Access to the property was smooth and hassle-free, and I felt completely safe during my stay. Highly recommended

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

I had an amazing stay at Pam’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, and Pm & Ashley was super helpful, making sure I had all the info I needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay! I Highly recommend it!
