Beachfront vacation rentals in S'Arenal

Also in December/January it is a wonderful place to stay. The fireplace makes it cosy even when temperatures are lower. Only one tapas bar was open (Bar Sa Tanca) but it was everything we were looking for. A dip in the cool ocean on sunny new years made our spirits. Wonderful for a quiet time in the winter months with enjoyable weather!

Portixol is a fashionable beachside area that is walkable to Palma centre. Even in late January there were enough bars and restaurants open within a few minutes walk of the house. Sanam's house is a characterful and well-loved home and we loved our time there. Two things to be aware of - the bathroom set up takes a bit of getting used to ( we were just friends staying together, it would probably be fine with a family) and we were slightly disappointed that the courtyard garden got no sun in late January. Not Sanam's fault but for sun starved Brits it was a shame. Having said that, Sanam was a wonderful and highly attentive host and the house was stylish and beautifully presented. Slightly on the pricey side but the area is worth it. Great to have choice of beach or city. Palma itself is a joy. Thank you Sanam.

Elsa is the BEST host! She had drinks and a snack for us when we got there. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable. Her recommendations for beaches and restaurants were spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and interactions. She has a very kind and friendly spirit that made us feel at home at her place. We also loved her cute dogs and cats. Isabel’s place is gorgeous….it felt like living in a postcard. Port de Valldemossa is remote from the town of Valldemossa and only accessible by car via an exciting drive with hairpin turns. As a result it was so peaceful. There is one restaurant in the village but in the main town there are many and the scenery is amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was great, the views breathtaking. In the accommodation was everything you need, very solid amenities. Thorsten and Jenny were excellent nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We were very happy with the place. Three adults and yet sufficient privacy is possible for everyone. It's a short walk to the beach. Antonia was always available for us 😁 Thank you!

We spent a week here with the whole family and had a wonderful time. The house looks like in the photos, we particularly liked the view from the living room to the sea. The equipment of the kitchen was also great for us, as we always cooked ourselves. The location of the house, but by the sea within walking distance of the historic center of Alcúdia, was also a highlight for us. Isabel was a very attentive host and actively and quickly communicated with us. Thank you!

Me and my dad stayed at this place for a week and it was definitely a good choice because the house was nice and clean, it has loads of restaurants around, beach is easy to reach etc. The house had everything you might need, we appreciated that the host left us some coffee and food, we even found some mineral water in the fridge which was very kind of her. There is a supermarket within 1 min walk from the house. Carmen was very responsive and gave us clear instructions on how to get in. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The house was great. We had enough space, the surroundings were quiet, beach, shops and restaurants very close. The owner communicated really well and it was a pleasure to stay.

A great house in a fantastic, quiet location with a sea view. The house matches the description and photos, the property and garden are even much larger than we expected. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are furnished with everything you need, the kitchen is super equipped. The house is fully and safely fenced, perfect for vacation with dog. The house is situated just outside the small fishing village and is screened, which allows a particularly quiet holiday. The village is within minutes walking and is right on the sea. There are two restaurants but no shopping. To reach the house and shop a car is absolutely necessary, about a 15-minute drive via serpentines to the nearest larger town of Esporles. The path is definitely worth seeing for the great location and view. The communication with Jean Pierre was very straightforward and pleasant.

We had a marvelous time in the wonderful house of Tatjana. The house is extremely well occupied with everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. We stayed there without a car and it worked perfectly fine. Easy buss access and a 5 euro Taxi drive from a nearby supermarket made the holiday even better without the stress of car rental processes. The view from the house above the see and the village is fascinating. And you get your daily workout when climbing the stairs to the house. We would love to come back.

Just great, almost even better than the pictures

First of all, the landlords have to pay a big, big compliment to the landlords. I've never experienced such an efficient communication. In addition, there is a high willingness to help. We were even delivered drinks and chilled. A beautiful fruit plate and cava and wine were welcome gifts. The kindness is enormously great. We really appreciated it! The villa is huge and ideal for spending time with friends. The pool table and ping pong table were often used. The kitchen perfect. Everything you need is there. The condition very good. There was even a collection of coffee pods. The pool was heated for a small extra charge. Bathing has become a great pleasure. The bikes are great too. 20mins to Palma. Brilliant. We 100% recommend Villa Marina. Thank you for this lovely stay, Margalida. You're doing a perfect job!

Great villa for a big family group - very well kitted out with everything you need. Pool was lovely and a nice temperature even in late October. The location is quiet and residential. Near to a nice small beach and a port with lots of super yachts and some restaurants.

Great stay as a group of four adults and two children. House was very spacious with a choice of sitting areas to take full advantage of both sun and shade. We all especially enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the marina and being able to walk to many very good eateries. The property was very comfortable for our stay. (Huge supermarket within walking distance with great fresh meat and veg etc)

Great location for a bigger group with a priceless view!

We had a great time. The house is as shown on pictures and described. Very peaceful place for a family or friendly retreat. The accessibility was great and directions very clear. We would be very happy to come again very soon.

A very nice villa in a quiet side street of Playa del Muro! Lovingly and stylishly furnished. A beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen! Lots of places to stay in the garden. We were two families and still had a lot of privacy. A super well equipped kitchen! You feel like home. A very friendly and good communication with Kimberley! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

We spent a great time in Francisca’s house in Deia. The house is lovely - tastefully furnished and very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. The spacious garden is wonderful with a stunning view. Everything is as described. The house was very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Francisca and her contact person in Deia were very responsive and took care of all of our requests immediately.

This was our second stay in Casa Raya. We enjoyed it as much as the first! The location is perfect for touring the area around Porto Christo and we hope to be back.

We had a great holiday together with our family in the Villa!! We have completely relaxed in the house and the lovely luxury garden with swimming pool. The location was perfect, not too far from attractions. The sea was a 2-minute drive away, we enjoyed this!! The presence of plenty of towels and swimming towels was also great. I recommend this villa to everyone!!

This place keeps what it promises, it's a fantastic house in a lovely quiet location. Everything is clean and well kept everything in order. It's even nicer than the photos. Communication was always very quick and personal with lots of tips around the area. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and very personally. We spent 10 days in this great, clean and spacious space. Everything we needed was there. It is a very quiet area, but a fantastic beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. If you had any questions, Sophie was always available and helped quickly. We would come back any time when we are in Mallorca. *****
