What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

The condo was new, clean and nicely decorated. It’s a roommate type of layout so perfect to share with friends or family. Parking and getting around was also super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo. Felt very homey. It was clean. Plenty of towels. Close to everything including Ole Miss. would stay there agin.

We had a great time with our 2 youngest grandsons. Pat went the extra mile to help us with fishing the pond and the boys caught 10 bass and had action on several more that got away. Thanks for fun weekend.

My friends and I had a great time at Floyd's place over a big time college football weekend in Oxford. Floyd's place is fairly close to campus (easy drive, or about a 2 mile walk to the football stadium) and also closer to restaurants and other amenities. The place was clean, spacious and had a stocked kitchen, just as listed. Floyd was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This condo is in an ideal location, just steps from the Main Street and a block from the courthouse square; easy walking distance to the Grove, football stadium, and Ole Miss campus. It's also very secure and has its own parking space under the building. It is nicely furnished, and one of the two bathrooms has been updated. The kitchen was adequately stocked for short stays and very well stocked with glassware. We did have trouble with the Viking fridge which froze everything we put in the fridge--the temperature adjustment buttons were not responsive. The bedrooms are good for sleeping, as there is only one window in each bedroom which face an interior hallway, so there is not a lot of natural light in those rooms. the main living area is large and very sunny with a bit of a view to the Main Street (Lamar) and a view North to the Courthouse if you crane your neck. We enjoyed our stay here for six days. Good TVs and wifi service. Shelly was very responsive.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Ole Miss. We stayed here for a football weekend, and it was wonderful. The home is neat as a pin, extremely clean, and very comfortable for hanging out. Sherry is a fabulous host who communicated with us throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely book this property here again.

Loved a bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms plus 1/2 bath on 1st floor for use without having to use a bedroom bathroom. Quite the “new” feel with everything clean and nicely decorated. Great amenities but unfortunately we couldn’t use due to our schedule. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Place was beautiful, peaceful, clean and exactly as described. I was sad we only had one night we could stay there and hope to return again. Great communication. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location. Away from the noise but walkable to square and stadium.

The house was perfect for our weekend visit to OleMiss. Living room was perfect for visiting and chatting. Beds were comfortable. Close to Ole Miss. The only con is the parking. The drive is shared with an apartment behind the house and it was a bit tight, but we made it work. I would stay there again.

This was the perfect home base for Ole Miss move in week. Close to campus and Jackson Ave for all the last minutes things. The Condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Had everything we needed.

Friendly and responsive host; unit was clean and well equipped. Easily accommodated 5 women - the half bath downstairs was a bonus.

Chad and Stacy were great hosts for my fiancé and I. We didn't have the slightest worry. From recommendations to accommodations, they made their place a home away from home for us. This was a great place to stay for our family making for a memorable Ole Miss vs Georgia win! This apartment has a great trail behind the complex good for walking your pups! We would definitely stay here again.

Heather is a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at her rental. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to and from the game. It was very clean and had wonderful amenities. We look forward to returning next season! Thank you for a nice and comfortable stay!
