This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.

We couldn't have asked for more than what we got in this airbnb! The location is amazing and while parking can be slightly confusing, Kerri sent us very detailed instructions and recommendations to help us out. The building was very safe, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was exactly what was advertised, and the proximity to downtown Saratoga CAN NOT be beat! We've done this trip the last four years and this is, by far, our favorite place that we stayed, and can't wait to book again for next year. Kerri was responsive and left us great information to make our trip even better than we expected. You can't miss with this location!

The horse track is only 3.5 miles away. Bicycles are available to explore the area. If you choose to stay and relax at the townhouse, we have a 4 person hot tub, grill, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room.

What a wonderful place to stay! Delightful 3 bed, 2.5 bath in the heart of Saratoga Springs. A short walk to Broadway or a stone's throw to the Saratoga Race Track! Come and enjoy a taste of rich Saratoga history in this lovely Victorian in the heart of town. The unit is approximately 2100 sq ft and there is lots of space to stretch out and relax. From the luxuriously appointed master bed to the spacious kitchen and living room with modern, comfortable furniture and a fireplace.

This is an amazing place for your next visit. It was extremely spacious with so many amenities provided. This space is extremely accessible to downtown and we were able to walk wherever we needed to go. Nick & Lynn were very helpful offering an early check-in, local recommendations, and clear instructions and information. Highly recommend!
