Great location surrounded by greenery! Beautiful walks to do without even taking the car. Jean-Marc is a very attentive host and very kind to us, unfortunately we were not able to meet but even remotely we felt a good trust. I really recommend it!

The view of the Mont Blanc glacier right outside the window is really the best. The host is very communicative and has done our best to resolve our inconvenience. Thanks to this, it was a comfortable trip.

We had a really good time. The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area, great both for reaching the center on foot, and as a base to reach the various walks in the area. Fairytale surroundings and various activities in the area even for the little ones. The apartment is very clean and welcoming and equipped with everything you need. The chalet was gorgeous! Great views and great location! The living space and kitchen were great and well equipped for the families we had! Giles was very responsive and provided us with great recommendations, from the local bar right down the road to helping us navigate the local bus to downtown Chamonix! Would definitely recommend this place!

A beautiful house in a dream location. Very well equipped. The large terrace directly on the lake and of course the surroundings with all leisure activities - it was a great vacation and probably not the last in Champex-Lac.

The accommodation is beautiful, very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished, located in a very convenient location in the center...we almost always moved on foot, but what makes the real difference is the owner...of an infinite kindness and availability... he also made us find gifts for Emma, our dog course and gave us valuable advice on the area.... super recommended!

Absolutely stunning apartment. Very well equipped. Best I've stayed in on a ski trip. Incredible view right across Le Lac and towards Val Claret. Genuine ski in/out too, you are 30 seconds from the Palafour lift and about 45 seconds from Toviere!
