Perfect view, we can enjoy in all climatic variations: fireplace in the cold and rain, waterfall of the Lageado in the heat. Our dogs have had a great time to walk with us in the morning by the lake. I highly recommend it!

The chalet is very comfortable, has a beautiful view and is very quiet. Great option to disconnect. It has options of restaurants and cafes not far away but that need to have a car to access. The host was very communicative in the moments we triggered it. The café is very well served and organized. Well-decorated space. Congratulations on your good taste!

The host is very considerate. We found the house well cared for, with good bedding (very warm!) and with great showers - hot water on very cold days. The atmosphere is safe, cute, cozy and pleasant. I'd come back more often.

Our stay was very pleasant! The house is super cozy, well-equipped and offers an amazing view of the Pedra do Baú. The location is great, very close to the city and easy access by asphalt. In addition, the employee Larissa, recommended by the host, made all the difference, making our experience even more special, as well as the great indications of tours in the region. Very cozy loft, in a quiet place and well located. This place manages to have an incredible view of the mountains, bringing an incredible peace to have breakfast on the balcony for example, while being less than 10 minutes from the center of São Bento do Sapucaí. We arrived on the spot, we were very well received, and the accommodation was very clean and organized. There's a lot of cooking utensils and you can do well. Another high point is the view of the night sky that has in the backyard itself. You leave the loft through the balcony door and then a little while until the view you get used to seeing a lot of star and even the Milky Way.

The house is excellent. It is close to the city center, the view is stunning and the whole property is very clean and organized. The owner was always available and left even the table set to welcome us. The only caveat is the last 500 m of access to the property, the road is very steep, with loose and poorly regular gravel. Unexperienced drivers may find it very difficult to climb. In the most the house is excellent and exceeded our expectations, it was worth the visit!

I spent Christmas with my family in this charming place totally surpassed the expectation luciana and dona Aparecida are fine people were wonderful days and incredible moments, the view of chest stone and sensational, the cleaning, the quality of the accessories is without comments, all of quality and in perfect condition. my family was delighted with the farm. fully recommend. we'll be back for sure.

Simple house but really very cozy. It has all the utensils for cooking and for a comfortable stay. The house was smelly and clean. Bed and bath linens are also clean without the smell of mold (and I'm boring lol). The house sleeps 5 people comfortably. It's not close to downtown, but that's what we were looking for, so for us it was great. The fireplace heated up from the cold... From the wood-fired oven, delicious food came out... Communication with Taís is excellent, she is always available.

Place of peace and quiet! Full chalet: kitchen with all the items needed to make meals, spacious bathroom, hot shower, comfortable beds. Receptive and thoughtful host! Dica: Follow the location recommendations contained in the listing, which has no error. It has a part of land, but it was possible to go through without major problems. Back for sure!

We love everything , since the checkin where Maria Cândida and Ivo were there to welcome us and presented us all the house , this surprised us, they are loves of people . They left a welcome card, some treats too.The house a show, cleanliness, organization , details and a surreal nature with the waterfall at the bottom of the house , we spent the turn of the year with our family and it was wonderful, for sure if we have another opportunity we will return.

The place is perfect, beautiful, wonderful view, simple and splendid, the homemakers are very nice, super helpful, super well equipped, just a caveat, the location that is on Airbnb does not match the actual location, I recommend the host to update the location, to new travelers to take everything they need, because going to the city is not very easy, but not impossible. I made all possible paths, I found the arrival by Monteiro Lobato easier. I will return more often !!! 😃

Our expectation in relation to the place, accommodations, information on how to get to the place and others that came up was better than we imagined. All questions, questions about the site, and anything about the house have been accurately remedied. The atmosphere is wonderful, clean and organized, both inside and outside the house. The pool was always clean, and the lake is really perfect for fishing. Not to mention the two pets: Thor and Belinha. They are docile is a very companion. We love the dogs and the place.
