Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

Very nice house with 4 rooms and many beds. It had additional backyard and a special place to sit down, have dinner or just talk sitting on a table. Everything was clean and in good condition. There was even a cute puppy!

The house was exactly as described, host was very friendly and answered all our questions. I recommend it if you want to get out of Sofia or you want your own place in 10 min drive from Borovetz.

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Old-style big house, with magic atmosphere. Equipped with modern devices. The filling was like at warm home where you stay complete alone. The wonderful surplice was the piano! During the stay the stove stopped working, and the host brought the replacement stove on the next day. It was very special stay, thank you Stefan!

Peaceful, private and cozy home away from home, perfect for our family with kids. Clean, well-appointed with comfortable firm beds and soft linens. Kitchen was easy to use, bathrooms spotless.

The place is in a nice hotel hotel. Really nice interior and has every amenity for a stay for 2. Looks like in the photos. It is walkable to the lifts and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some great days in the mountain!

This is an incredibly well organized small, quite and feel at home place. It has everything you need both for a short and longer stay. Everything in Borovets - skiing areas, horse riding places, restaurants, shops, bus stops etc, is nearby and on a short walking distance. You have an amazing place, Fani and Alex. Great value for money. The place was very clean, tidy and exactly as depicted. Location is great, right next to the "Pesako" trail which is a very light and pleasant walk taking you to the town center (10-15mins). We were staying mostly during weekdays and in an offseason period. During our stay the complex where this condo is located in was very quiet and without people at all. Check in is fully automated and no intervention with human beings was needed.

The villa is cosy and spacious. It has 2 fireplaces on the ground floor that make the evenings charming. The rooms are clean, the garden is fantastic for playing with the kids, or relaxing in the afternoon with a book on the grass. The area is quiet, you can hear the birds singing! Really, there is nothing that can make your stay unpleasant! We would definitely come back another time!

The place was very clean and tidy and it is very well equipped with everything one might need. It is not far away from the highway in a remote small village. We felt at home immediately and it was perfect for 1 night stay. Owner’s parents met us but they spoke only bulgarian and that was a bit of a challange, but in the end everything worked out ok. We would love to come back in the future.

It’s a great house for a big group of friends. It’s new, spacious, clean. I loved that each room has its own bathroom. The outside space is beautiful and child-friendly- the kids loved it. The dining area is big and convenient, well equipped. The surrounding views are beautiful - the mountain on one side and a big field on the other side. There is a shop and a nice restaurant closeby. In summary: 100% recommend.

It is important to know that air conditioning is only available in the living room. The house is very beautiful and also the yard. The kitchen is well-equipped, and all of Neri and beautiful. Driveway is bumpy, which can cause low vehicle damage.

We had a gorgeous week here. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was pristine. Huge TV that the kids loved! We also were given the privilege of looking after their 4 cats, 2 of whom were kittens; this was such an added bonus for my three children as they absolutely loved them! Our hosts were simply wonderful and could not do enough to make us feel at home. Very responsive with comms and helpful with suggestions of what to do. Would highly recommend this house and these hosts.
