Beachfront vacation rentals in São Tomé and Príncipe

Housekeepers were a really nice young couple. Great food. Very helpful. A good place to see the north of Sao Tome from. However a few problems with the listing. There is no wifi, or no lockbox (which would have made check in way easier). And the map coordinates aren't totally accurate, although, that is common with a lot of airbnb places.

This is a great place to stay in São Tomé! It was clean and homey. It’s very close to the airport and the city and Fátima is fantastic! She is so helpful and nice and made us feel very at home. There is also WiFi and air conditioning here.

Extremely pleasant rooms in the Príncipe and in a great central location in Santo António. Judite (Dona) has the restaurant on the ground floor always with delicious food to leave - book lunch or dinner to secure a table and availability of dishes! The room has very good conditions, A/C, hot water and good quality Wi-Fi (to note that on the island they turn off electricity at 2am-3h in the morning). I have also been given some help renting a car or motorcycle - please ask in advance to ensure you have vehicles available for hire

The piloti cabin is well designed, made of simple materials and tastefully arranged materials, and offers amazing views, from inside and from the terrace (ideal for eating, napping or yoga). The floor-to-ceiling windows allow for great light and perfect ventilation to enjoy the spray and noise of the rolls. Good breakfast, and special mention for dinner: fresh and very well-cooked local products. Finally, nice contact with Yves, very accommodating and with good advice. Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at VANHA. Bastien went above and beyond to host us, especially with the children / he took us on a walk around the plantation, at night set up his telescope to show us the planets and stars. His shop of local products is also amazing! Went home with vanilla pods, interesting tea and although we don’t drink, friends who joined us for a meal happily bought bottles of his bespoke gin from the distillery saying it was “clean and delicious, the best gin in Africa”.

Tribal Green 2 exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled on a hill with breathtaking views of Santana Island, this accommodation offers a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the clean bathroom and the shower with a view added to our delight. The porch quickly became our favorite spot, where we could soak in the lush surroundings and stunning vistas. The location is fantastic, set in a welcoming neighborhood with little shops and “bars” (try a glas of palm wine!) just a short walk away. For beach lovers, Santana Beach and its dive center are only a 40-minute stroll, offering both relaxation & adventure. Nick's assistance was invaluable, ensuring our stay was smooth and memorable. We also loved the delicious breakfasts and dinners, which were a daily highlight. Communication with the landlord was always friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay beyond our initial plans. Tribal Green is truly a gem.

House in front of the beach. Exactly what we were looking for! Clean and tidy, all great. It's not easy to get there, roads in a bit of bad condition nearby, but it's well worth the effort. Highly recommend. The restaurant belonging to the same owner also has very good food and very friendly staff.

We felt well taken care of from the first second. Communication was just great…for little things, the staff was right there and helped us. Highly recommended is the food that is prepared specially. The way to the beach (about 10 minutes) is a bit adventurous but can be managed without major problems. We also liked the uncomplicated car booking. If there are extra requests, such as a SIM card, beer or fresh fruit, the staff drove into town and took care of everything.

Wow, this place is just magical!! The sprawling beach, the sound of the waves, the palm trees. And that's for 3 bungalows. You can't get more sea and beach. The entire facility also invites you to relax. For families with children: there is a great little playground. Rui was very helpful and always there.

Excellent bungalow by the ocean. Nights lulled by the sound of waves. Good restaurant. Very welcoming people.

Great stay with Bastien and his team and highly recommended if you are traveling to the south of the island! A birthday cake and bouquet of flowers were even organized for my girlfriend. Amazing atmosphere of the hillside accommodation. Big thanks also to São and the kitchen team for the great service!
