Beach house vacation rentals in São Sebastião

The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street because it faces the beach, we felt safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help a lot. The backyard of the house is huge, from the photos I had no idea how big it is. The balcony upstairs is great to spend the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

The number 6 cottage that accommodated us is simply sensational! Everything new, tasteful and what a view!! We didn't want to leave the place anymore ! I was once in another smaller chalet right there, but that was fantastic! Host communication is perfect. Anyway, super recommend! Weather didn't even help , I imagine with sunshine it should be !

The stay was great, we didn't have any problems with the house, which really matches the photos and the listing! Miriam has always been proactive, always responding to us quickly, and always answering the doubts I had, we love the stay and we can't wait to be able to stay once again in this wonderful house, which has one of the most beautiful views we've ever seen, and having the pool separated from the beach by only one door, is an exceptional thing! In the townhouses around it has everything, we don't need the car for absolutely nothing, everything is close! We love it!

The place is great, as well as in the photos. We arrived and found everything clean and smelling, excellent bedding and towels, good furniture and airy house. Very close to the beach (only cross the street). Otimo condominium, helpful staff (set up stall on the beach for guests), hot pool and laundry at your disposal. Rodrigo is attentive and responds quickly to messages. We had an excellent period, I recommend.

Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. I found it easy to find the house/condominium and it was also easy to check in General condition of the property: the house had everything it needed, it had a lot of cooking utensils and all that was in the description of the property, the most important factor was the cleaning, everything was clean and organized. I find it interesting to mention that the house does not have a covered garage, so if it is raining it is a bit complicated especially at check-in and checkout time. We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. The little house is like the photos, super cozy and has the basics to spend quiet days, we arrived and the room had the perfume of the bedding, sleepers like angels listening to the sea and we woke up with the birds. The access to the beach is very easy, a great differential and what made us choose the little house, which makes it possible to visit the sea at any time, the beach is very clean, full of fun caranguines in the sand. Super recommend and I'm even referring to friends, we love it!

We were me, my wife and our 9-month-old baby. The place is a paradise on earth; we have never been to such an amazing place. We were able to rest and at the same time have a lot of fun for our son. Mr. Francisco was very hospitable, he gave several important tips. The golden key is Rafael, he helped us in everything that was needed, he was willing to help us with what we needed. The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet condominium amidst preserved forest. It corresponds directly to the listing description, with all equipment and furniture in great condition. The beach is quiet, well attended, mostly by local people. The condominium offers umbrellas and chairs. The host Fabio was very attentive, helpful and proactive. We only had one problem with the air conditioning in one of the was promptly resolved by Fabio, having no impact on our stay. During the stay we were able to count on the support of the housekeeper who provided us with a great tidying and cleaning and cooking service.

The stay met expectations, beautiful place, house really on the sand, quiet street with monitoring, we had sunny days which made us enjoy the pool with water that seemed artificially heated, pool cleaning done daily, beach with warm and transparent water, main large suite, with its balconies facing the beach with an incredible view, excellent kitchen fully equipped for needs. The house is close to Maresias where we found an excellent market (Empório Bom Gosto) with great prices without exploiting tourists. The host, Mr. Márcio, was very friendly and immediately answered all questions that arose. In addition, we made this family tour and everyone said they would return if they had a new opportunity.

We know paradise ! We had a great experience in this house, which accommodated our family very well for 5 days ! Charlie is very attentive and helpful ! We stay 10 days, the spacious house, accommodates well 8 people, kitchen with the dishes served well, are clean and organized. The TV that only works with apps. Tranquilo to sleep in bedrooms with air conditioning. The large and quiet condominium, good for a walk and excellent swimming pool, courts for tennis, football and volleyball. All my requests with the host, I was answered promptly. I recommend to those who want peace and beach and pool option.
