I had a problem with the lock because, when I left, I forgot the internal lock activated (attention is worth attention to this detail). When contacting the host to ask for help, his response was harsh and with charges without even trying to solve it before, which I thought was unnecessary, since I was polite all the time. Other than that, everything went well.

The house was clean and well organized, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay. What a beautiful place, it is even more beautiful in person! Very green, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even miquinhos. Very quiet and quiet, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very nice. :) I read the tips in other guests' reviews and helped a lot. I took a merrinha knife, we walked to the Spani (but we returned from uber with hahaa shopping), we went to thrift stores, we walked through the farmhouse and in the Itaim park. And in the house it has absolutely everything you need to cook, blender, shape, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a sweetheart, said that not having something, just request that it is arranged. We want to come back more often. ♡

The mansion exceeded our expectations! We went in a group of six people, a child and a pet, and they all enjoyed a lot. The house is gigantic (to the point that we even get tired of walking, hahaha), structured and comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent, perfect for enjoying the day, and the barbecue area was very well enjoyed – we made great moments there! In addition, the host and housekeeper were extremely attentive, always available for any questions or needs. If you're looking for a spacious place with a structure to relax and have fun, this is the right destination.

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

My wife and my 6 friends, we spent New Year. The house is in a rural gated condominium. It is even larger than in the photos. 4 rooms plus a private chalet, well equipped and with exclusive swimming pools and jacuzzi, as well as a pond where tilapia, pool, gym, whirlpool and even mini-market are available to guests. Near the Wine Road with great restaurants. Regina, responsible for the care of the condominium, super friendly and helpful (even a brand new reserve refrigerator put it in the house when the other one had a malfunction). We also hired the services of Valéria, recommended by Regina, which made an absolutely delicious New Year's Eve dinner. We'll be back soon!

I and my mother loved the stay at Joao's apartment. The super organized new building, well located . Bakery , restaurant, pharmacy , grocery and subway all close by . We had only one problem upon arrival with the gatehouse , but it was soon resolved . I want to return soon !
