Wonderful house beautiful, clean , organized , equipped with a huge variety of utensils, comfortable rooms,we felt at home . Rosimary served us super well , Dona Ana a love of person helped us in doubts, the also friendly and helpful fisherman. We still know in the condominium the Joaquina da quadra 61 lote 31 that makes cakes and pies and served us super well. we love our stay and we'll be back for sure . Thank you for everything , our holiday was fantastic.

great house and very helpful host. everything was very good, the house infrastructure was great, with everything clean and tidy. The house is on the outskirts of itupeva, so local is quite quiet.

Our stay at Arminda's place was wonderful! From the first contact, she was very helpful and flexible. In person, the presentation of the house was even more friendly and willing to help with whatever it took. Your place is very nice, you have fully accommodated everyone, and you have impeccable cleanliness. The open area with the pool and the small orchard below entertained us a lot during our days. We plan to come back!

Easy to find, beautiful backyard, SUPER CLOSE TO the beach, market, restaurants… Even going in the rain we enjoy a lot!

I also thank Alessandra and Mr. Paulo who welcomed us with great affection, answering every question promptly and giving every possible information. The house is beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful pool, everything very well taken care of! What I liked the most was the privacy and the silence... everything conveys the peace needed for a few days in paradise. Although my tim cell phone had no signal, nor did I care about it, since I took the opportunity to disconnect a few days! If I could give any suggestions it would be air conditioning and wi-fi supply, but only to make the perfect one better! I thank you in the heart and surely get the taste of wanting more! I highly recommend it!

We spent the super yummy weekend, cozy apartment, close to the beach Leonildo was super attentive, we gave tips and information all right, condominium provides chair and umbrella that on the weekends is already mounted on the beach. Very good we will come back more often for sure 🥰

We had incredible days at Mariliza's apartment. The location is perfect, literally standing in the sand with a wonderful view. And the hostess always very polite and requests. I recommend with my eyes closed! We will definitely return

Ap well located, spacious, very clean, utensils in general all in perfect condition the very attentive owner and the building staff too… would come back many times, I recommend!

The Apartment has a wonderful location a few meters from the beach, you can do everything on foot you do not need to take the car out of the garage, the place is wonderful super quiet great to enjoy with friends and family. We spent NEW YEAR'S EVE and it was amazing Guilherme is super attentive answered all our questions. The Apartment matches the pictures in person we were even more delighted. View from the wonderful balcony to the Sea, Clean, spacious apartment perfectly accommodates the 8 people, the 3 bedrooms are very large, fully equipped kitchen we do not miss any utensils. The super attentive concierge staff, access to the apartment is very quiet there is no bureaucracy. I highly recommend anyone who's not going to be sorry.

Full condominium and the apartment has an amazing view! The big difference in the location is the host. Ale always responds very quickly and offers a lot of attention. It gives you all the info you need for a smooth stay Although it was a rainy holiday only, it was worth the rest
